DO NOT TAKE YOUR COMPUTER FOR REPAIR HERE!!! I usually never write bad reviews, but I felt that it was my duty to warn the public about this place. I brought my computer in to them to get the keyboard replaced, paid them $168, and they did such a terrible job. A month and a half later, my keyboard fell completely out. I took it to the IT center at my school to get it looked at, and they told me that I should take it back to whoever put the keyboard in, because they did a horrible job. When I tried to explain to Towson Computer Repair that I would like to bring my computer in to them so that they can do the job properly, they told me that since its been over a month, they would have to charge me for the repair. How does it make sense for me to pay them to fix the mistake that they made? If I could rate them with a lower star than 1, I would. Im telling you, do not take your computer here to be fixed. They will just remind you that there are terrible people in this world.

I took my daughters laptop to Towson Computer Repair to have a hinge replaced. My daughter attends college out of state and Dee assured me that the problem could be fixed quickly and it was! Every time I communicated with Dee, she was very professional and took time to listen to what I was saying. She promptly responded to e-mails. I never felt rushed. Singh also took his time to explain another small problem with the laptop to me and was very patient with any questions I had. Dee and Singh made me feel welcomed and are truly customer oriented. Exceptional customer service is a priority when I look for a company to deal with. I definitely will return with any future computer repairs, and I highly recommend this company.

I had dropped my Dell Laptop and cracked its screen as a result. I took it to Best Buy and I was told that my best bet would be buy a brand new computer. I came across Towson Computer Repair shop and decided to take my computer to them. I was impressed with their customer service and their prices. I also told them that my computer is 4 years old and it needs a few software updates. When I got my computer back from them I was delighted to find out that not only did they install a new screen for my laptop which made it look brand new but my computer was now running faster because of all the software upgrades. They saved me a lot of money. I would highly recommend this shop to everyone for their computer needs.

I had an amazing experience with Towson Computer Repair. They were extremely friendly and understanding. I would definitely go back if I broke my computer again and would recommend anyone to go to them. Im so glad to have a working computer again!! Thank you so much. As a college student who needs to computer programs on a daily basis, I was dying without a computer. Thanks to Dee and Singh I got my computer back and couldnt be happier. I went to the Towson Computer Repair center because I had a virus on my computer, and I was not able to access anything, not even the Internet. I was very impressed that they were able to fix my computer over night, and it was so cheap. Most places where I am from would have charged me a lot more. The customer service was also something that I really enjoyed. They were really nice, and I would definitely recommend the Towson Computer Repair Service to anyone who is having trouble with their devices.

These guys are super awesome. My dell laptop crashed one day and I requested my friend to give me pointers for a good computer repair shop. They headed me to Towson computer repair shop. I talked to them and they were very supportive. I told them that I need it back in 3-4 days and to my surprise I got my laptop back within 2 days and it was working even better than previously. Now its been 2 months and I have not found any issues till now. I will recommend them anytime anyday.

Very pleased with my experience at Towson Computer Repair. My computer broke down and I didnt have money to buy a brand new one and had to fix the one I had. Even for that my budget was rather limited. Towson employees worked with me and figured out a solution for me at the right price. They fixed it really quickly and my computer has been running great ever since. Im forever grateful to them, they literally saved me (and my computer!).

I have had a great experience with Towson Computer Repairs. They fixed both my laptops ( HP and Dell) at a price much lower than the other stores in the area. They told me it would take about 2 weeks to fix both the laptops but ended up fixing it in 4 days. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone especially students and young professionals as the prices here are great and so is the customer service.

Ive used their services twice, once for my Mac and another time for my PC. Both times I was very satisfied with the results. The tech. was very professional over the phone and in person, but most importantly was able to identify the problems with my computers right away. Awesome computer repair shop! My Sony laptop had a cracked screen, and they ordered the screen and repaired it within the time frame they had said. Great customer service and nobody can beat them in price. Would definitely come back here with any future computer repair problems.

Excellent service and quality work -- i had a Mac laptop that was out of commission and its like new now at half the cost of what other repair shops and Apple would have charged. Towson Computer lent me a loner laptop while mine was being fixed. Thank you!!!!! Highly recommend.

This place has exceptional service and the staff is very friendly. My laptop crashed because of virus. They fixed it with in two days and retrieved all the data as well and It was cheaper than the other computer services around the area. Definitely recommend anyone.

It took nearly a 2 months for my computer to be fixed and once it was I was told that the price would be hiked from $40 that I had to pay to a nearly $80 up charge. This place is awfully inefficient and is def out to scam people of their money. I would go elsewhere

Thanks a lot for fixing the DC Jack on my laptop! I thought i would have to buy a new computer as this one would never charge! I took it to best buy and they denied to do it! Dee and her team got my Power jack fixed for only $100!!! Thank you!!!
