I would without a doubt recommend Carroll Computer Connection to anyone needing assistance with a computer problem. The entire staff was very responsive to my issues and easily answered all of my questions. Shawn in particular took my initial problem (an old/outdated desktop) and helped me through the process of picking a new laptop that was ideal for my needs. He also happily provided tutoring to ease the learning curve of the new computer operation. All of my existing data was transferred to the new computer successfullly and additional new software was installed without any problems. I am definitely not a computer wiz, and working with Carroll Computer Connection made the whole experience pleasantly easy.

I dont know what the customer on November 5th is talking about! I was told that estimates take usually around 24 hours and same day estimates were available for a nominal price. I dont know of any other computer company that does free estimates anymore. To me, if you pay the small fee to jump ahead in line, thats fair. Its like the airport which to me isnt shady. Theyre a very busy shop which tells me I took my computer to the right place. If they were waiting for me to come in, I think I would have walked right back out! Anyway, I received my estimate as promised and the hard drive was replaced and back to me in 2 days. I didnt lose any data.

I just came from Caroll Computer Connection, and was really impressed. I had my system crash, and they were able to get me back in business the same day... I will recommend them to everyone I can. I was hesitant at first because of the other reviews saying high prices, but when i recieved my bill i was amazed. The prices were lower then I could have imagined. These people were GREAT!!! A+++++

A refreshingly honest experience. John asked me ahead of time to approve every single charge. The computer came back to me in tip top shape and the price was to the penny that he said it would be. Great shop, I will go again if I need to.

This place is Amazing!, I took my Laptop in there because of a virus, they were able to save all my programs and data and they also were able to upgrade my Windows Vista to the AMAZING windows 7. Thanks a bunch guys, you ROCK!

This place is great, They fixed my laptop screen cheaper then dell could. They have a knowledgable, friendly staff. I will be taking all of my computers there from now on.
