Its less than mile from home so figured id give them a try for phones screen which had a crack and needed replacement. 1. The replacement screen they promised to be original was NOT ORIGINAL. ATT representative confirmed that after i took the device to them. Now i cannot claim a replacement device through my phone insurance either !!! 2. The screen replacement was done very shabbily leaving air bubbles and fingerprint marks between the screen the digitizer below it. 3. they charged an extra 10 $ to add some glue/adhesive between the new screen and the digitizer below it. This glue was leaking for almost 3 days AFTER they had given the phone back to me. 4. The screen was so flimsy that when i actually try to press the screen so the bubbles would get dislodged, the screen CRACKED !! The turnaround time was fast (2 hours), but the QUALITY OF WORK IS JUST SO POOR that i cant help but regret my decision to get the device fixed by them.

Claimed to replace battery and 1 year later when I finally just bought the tools myself and opened it up, found my old original battery. They never replaced it!!! Also they did not replace the backing plate to the digitizer and that eventually caused my mother board to fry, took a year but still they did a quick job and poor quality work. Furthermore, when having the screen replaced, not 1 hour of use went by and just my finger pressure cracked the screen. Oh and they didnt replace all the screws holding down the internal connectors and my camera and vibrate function started to fail 1 month after they had worked on it. Long story short. Avoid this place at all costs, even if it means going to by a new phone from the manufacture

Excellent experience! I called in and thought my screen was cracked when in fact it was the tempered glass cover that cracked. I spoke with Rashid over the phone. When I told him the screen for my LG G4 was cracked, he quoted me a price and was very honest, but, he told me to come anyway. When I got there he took off the screen protector and very carefully put on a newer better quality one. Very respectful, honest and humble guy. I highly recommend going here. Even if the screen was actually cracked I still would have paid. Great service, warranty and OE parte.

Took my work laptop in there this morning, the screen had split from the casing as a result of an impact and it looked BAD, wouldnt close etc. One hour and a seriously decent price later and youd never know it was at risk of falling apart. They were able to get it done quickly so I could return to work ASAP and offered the option to repair it first versus the other places I had gone to who told me a 3-4 week wait and that the entire housing had to be replaced for significantly more money.

This place is awesome. Customer service is outstanding. Last weekend i was traveling from out of state to attend the Marine Corps Marathon. When i went to use my cell phone i noticed i had a crack on my screen. Not being faimilar with the DC area i wasnt sure where to get my phone repaired. I am so happy i found this place. They helped me find their locarion and had my phone fixed in less than 15 minites. They are polite and customer friendly. Thank you!

Jonathan is the best. Everytime i come in this store i leave with a smile. They do it all in there. Got a computer problem? Not anymore. Phone problem? You aint got no worries. The best deals! Just got a screen protector and i feel like i got a whole new phone because of course Jonathan hooked it up with a whole new NEW look by throwing in a sexy case and a power pack. This place is becoming a second home for me thanks to jonathan.

He was very knowledgeable on the products and the prices were affordable. I was in and out the store with everything I needed in record timing. I have a galaxy s7 edge with a broken screen and i wanted it fixed. I was really frustrated with the quote guys at the mall gave me since it was way too over priced. So I thought Id give this place a shot. Ralph is the gentlemen that approached me and treated me nicely. After getting my phone checked out, i was beyond satisfied with the price. Costumer service was pretty servicial. Prices for unlocked phones are good. I went to three different places asking if they were able to fix both iPhone 3G S (low brightness issue) and iPhone 5C (broken screen issue) and they all gave me high prices and low expectations but the third, PC Mobile gave me more confidence and a better price than the others. They actually got you covered.

Hasan always is up to par with his knowledge when it comes to anything that has to do with mobile repair and servicing. Jonathan is very inviting and makes the process seamless. Anna was very ready to answer any questions I had while I waited for my repair, and I have not had an issue since. My HP laptop got overheated and both the CPU and hard drive got damaged. The laptop would not start at all. I have a lot of files and photos stored on the laptop, but the IT guy I went to initially said the system was damaged beyond repair. I took the hard drive to PC Mobile. They worked for 2 days and finally recovered all of my files! Im very grateful to them.

Yesterday I broke my screen and LCD went out. I was referred by the sprint store. So happy I came here. Johnathon took care of me and it took 20 mins to be in an out. Sometimes we hate how life throws us an extra expense. But the customer service here made everything worth while. Hope I never break my phone again. But if I do, Johnathon is a phone call away!

After all the stores quoting me the high price, i ended up at PC mobile Sterling. Being all stressed about my phone, the staff took care of me very well and gave me the best price.
