Came out to fix a leak under the toilet. Everything look good after completing the work, but several weeks later it was leaking again. I requested that they stand behind their work and come out to see if their repair was faulty. No, I had to pay for another service visit. This was not covered. It should not matter what home warranty company a client has, if the work was performed by a contractor, they should warranty their work with the customer.

I had an appointment scheduled for the next day for them to come out to check on my well, but they called me to let me know they had a cancellation and could get there earlier. The guy did a great job. He was polite, in uniform and replaced the bladder tank for half what I got a quote from another company! I even got a senior discount on top of that. Id use them again.

Ray was so very helpful. I felt confident he knew what he was talking about and he also showed me what was going on instead of just telling me. He came and gave a free estamant, and when we get it fixed we will definitely be calling Ray from perfect plumbing. Thank you! !
