We had a new home built and the builder uses Bryant Group. We moved into our brand new house and after 3 days, the water heater stopped working. Ok, things happen. Bryant Group comes out to fix the issue and after maybe 20 minutes says the issue should be fixed. Two days later, same problem. Meanwhile, we are dealing with numerous other issues with the house plus moving on top of it and having Bryant group have to come out MULTIPLE times for the same issue is beyond frustrating. We scheduled another appointment... oh and by the way, their appointment windows are 8-1pm so basically you are stuck at home all day and have to take time off work because they only do M-F also even though this is clearly their error, they make ZERO accommodations. During their second visit, they took apart the entire pilot/sensor part on the heater and realized they didnt have a part necessary to replace it so we were told we would have to start the pilot light two hours before wanting to take a shower in order to have hot water until they got the part. Sure, waking up at 3am to get ready for work to light the pilot light sounds reasonable. They also wouldnt pay to have the part overnighted so we were told it would arrive by Monday and we would have to deal without hot water over the weekend. Now, I am sitting here after taking another day off work for what was supposed to be their THIRD visit to a house that was built 30 days ago with a brand new heater and they are still not here so I called the office only to be told they havent received the part they needed yet so they never were coming today even though my husband was told they would be here. WORST PLUMBING COMPANY EVER. DO NOT use them if you want to have things done the right way the first time nor do you want to rely on them to fix their errors or broken parts in a timely fashion. OH and they dont mind telling you to deal without hot water for the weekend so if you have kids, hope they like ice cold baths!!

If I could give a lower rating I would. I contacted the Bryant Group in Dec to work on a rather large basement remodeling project. They were to complete a finished basement and wet bar. I called them and they mentioned they could not provide an estimate without actually seeing the space. I understood that, So I took a day off work to walk through the bathroom and wet bar project. They sent Joe Jones out to my home. Joe took notes and measurements and told me he would have to submit it to the office for the final quote. He said I should expect a price in about a week. Its been over 2 months and I have contacted the office several times and lvms and never heard back. I finally got through to someone by the name of Joy. Who was very rude and brash. I tried to explain to her that Id been waiting for 2 months for an estimate she acknowledged she was the one who quotes out the jobs, and knew of my request, but she hasnt had time, and doesnt have time today to quote the job. She explained I would have to wait because they have had a surge in business and they didnt have time to respond to my outstanding quote request. I politely told her not to worry and I would take my business to someone who needed it. If this is how they treat you before they get your money, I can only imagine how they treat customers after they have a deposit and contract signed. Im glad I got to see this before selecting them. Thanks Joy, and Bryant Group for the heads up

The only reason I called Bryant Group was that my builder is Beazer Homes which contracted with Bryant Groups INC. I moved in the new house at Clarksburg six months ago and was expecting everything should be working fine. I was wrong. The sump pump has been running like a wild horse non-stop for over one month without any water coming out of the pipe. I called Beazer Homes for warranty service. Their field agent came over and was shocked to find that the water around the sump pump was hot like boiling water on the stove. He immediately acknowledged there must be something wrong. He ordered plumbing service on the same day. Five days later, a Bryant Group INC " we missed you" notice hang on my door. Thy came without notifying me!!! I had no idea they were coming. I called back for three days and left numerous messages. Unfortunately, NObody ever called me to reschedule the service I urgently need. Finally, the fourth day, I got hold of a lady called Joy to reschedule their first visit. When asked why nobody responded to my message, she said she did not get phone messages. What can you expect from a company like this? Do youself a favor to stay away from this company if you wanted to have a peace of mind. Actually, I would avoid any builders who contracted this Bryant Group. Do not make mistakes as I have made to purchase from Beazer Homes.

Their hours are the same time that everyone else works. Expect to take a day off of work so they can fix things five months after installation. When they came to repair the first time, they made the leak worse and went through my cabinets to use one of my baking pans to collect debris without permission. They never called me back when I complained about this. Ask if your builder is contracting out with Bryant Group. If they are, avoid that builder to save some headaches later down the line.

Save yourself the irritation. NVR used Bryant as a sub when building our house. They did an okay job in general, but around when the warranty expired some issues started to arise due to poor installation. When it comes to customer service etiquette, never should a service manager yell at a customer on the phone and hang up regardless of whos right or wrong. Professionalism is important. Bryant may have gotten too big and has lost touch with basic customer service 101 principles.

Terrible service. They came to house to fix a knocking pipe and ended up switching our hot and cold lines! Complete inattention and disregard for quality work. Avoid if at all possible!!!!!! Cannot get them to talk to me and come back the next day and fix the problem their employee created! They act like they dont care about the client, and it shows! NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER use them unless its for free under a warranty. Even then, beware what you get for free!!!!!!!!!!

My husband and I built a new home with Richmond American and they contracted the plumbing out to the Bryant Group. Weve been in the house less than a year and have had several problems with leaking pipes ranging from a leaking kitchen sink to a leak in one of the pipes so bad it seriously damaged the ceiling in one of our rooms. If weve had this many problems in the 1st year, Im terrified to think of what were going to be facing in the years to come.

The guys are very irresponsible. I called to set up an appointment, needed to wait 2 days for them to come, and then the guy came left a paper, never called for me to open. Worse service ever. I called them back, they said the guy left 30 min ago, even thought he was just here in my house and they tried to charge me extra for him to come on the weekend. Stay away from them
