Would give zero stars if I could! Stay away from his company! We have a new construction house and unfortunately our builder chose this company to do the plumbing of our house. Here are the several issues we have been having with this company: - We received a bill of $400 in January for a service date of 6 months before for replacement of sump pump which we are totally unaware of. Have been trying to contact them to figure out who placed the order and responsible for the bill as we are positive we did not and we are the only adults living in this house. But all they do is resend the bill every month! - Now, after just 2 years of building the house, the AC unit stopped working of course in middle of summer! They came to check and said the unit is leaking due to manufacturers defect and quoted us $700 for labour to fix the issue! They refuse to directly contact the manufacturer (Trane) who has 5 year warranty on parts and forward me to them and they are even less helpful. I have been waiting to hear back from them for almost 1 month in hot summer days with no AC and a 2 year old at home - Not to mention our garbage disposal stopped working a few months after we moved in and had to spend a lot of money to fix that. I rarely write reviews, but over all, its been a horrible experience with Charles A Klein. Nothing that I ever experienced with any other type of service in United States!

Outstanding customer service from the company personnel to the technicians! Staff is always courteous and professional and very accommodating in scheduling repair service. Ms. Joanne is awesome! After explaining that that the temperature in my house had been over 100 degrees for about four days, she really worked to find an available technician to come out the next day so my family I would not have to suffer through the weekend. The technician who came was on vacation but he came off vacation and arrived earlier than the scheduled time. He determined the problem and was out in an hour! I have been so pleased with the level of service that I am planning to sign up for a maintenance plan.

I called the company, explained there is a faint leak near connection to pipe that leades to sprinkler system. I was told there is one flat charge of $50, and $40 for every 30 minutes. The plumber was punctual, he went and checked the leak. Since the leak was on the pipe that leads to sprinkler system; he said plumbers do not work on those and I should contact fire service company. He charged me $90 and left. Extremely professional !!

Would give them 0 stars if I could. They came fix our master bath faucet. The guy did not bring proper tools and broke it further. Never came back again to fix. Had to pay another plumber over $500 to fix it.

The service technicians are kind and knowledgeable. The home office customer service is horrendous. It took me three weeks of calling in order to get a.simple question answered.
