Night Lurker
My toilet was running and I needed a faucet installed as well as a few leaky sinks fixed. They sent a guy who failed to fix any of these things, and burned the inside of my vanity with his work light. When i pointed this out to him, he shoddily painted a few strokes of white paint onto the burnt area. He knew exactly how hot his light got, he just didnt give a rip. Not only this but the technician that served us acted like he wanted nothing more than to get out of the house. He acted in a hurry, in a rush and as if he did not want to be at our house, instead of acting as if he cared about his work and about our issues. He didnt want to be here, didnt care and was 200 dollars to boot. I paid them 200 dollars to do nearly nothing, rush and create more problems.

Worst plumbing company EVER. If you need plumbing work done, do yourself a favor and call someone else. The owner will YELL at you over the phone if its a job they dont really want to do!! Too many great plumbers out there to deal with a grouchy owner and techs that are so-so at their jobs. Zero stars!!

My condenser stopped working and they came out the same day to fix it. It was an easy fix and he showed me if it happened again, what to do. Seemed very knowledgeable and didnt try to rip me off. Best hvac experience yet and just under $90.

Called on a Saturday morning for an emergency issue and was told, "They do not do emergency calls for non-regular customers". WTH?! Guess who I wont be recommending to ANYONE!
