My dishwasher was clogged, so my husband got an appointment with L. Engelking, Inc. They came out and checked it out and said it wasnt a plumbing problem and charged me $90. So I called Sears and had them come out thinking it was something wrong with the dishwasher itself. Turned out- the pipe was clogged. So I had to pay the Sears guy to fix a problem that L. Engelking should have been able to fix. Ive tried to contact the owner of L. Engelking to report this issue, but no one has called me back. Obviously they dont want to admit their mistake.

Fantastic plumber. Comes to my home after hours and on the weekend to fix plumbing with no extra fuss or cost. Special historic building and plumbing gets TLC care while others have torn things apart. Thank goodness for Les Engelking.

Our kitchen sink was not draining. L. Engelking came out immediately and unclogged the pipe behind the wall. It only took 1/2 hour. They charged $125 to do the same thing that Roto Rooter had charged us $300 to do at another house.
