Like some others, found them impossible to work with. Had to have a shut-off put in for the hot water heater for installation of a humidifier; job got done well. Asked them back to replace a toilet (the seats falling off already ... and they couldnt get a seat to match the one toilet they had in stock, so wed settled for one they recommended) ... but at the time, it got done and seemed fine. Had them look through the house at various jobs wed like done: replacements, removal of plastic fixture connections, etc. The plumber took pictures and promised a call in about a week with a proposal for all the work We were really excited. Three weeks later, I called and was told the proposal was going out in the mail that day. Two weeks after than, called again ... they acted like they actually didnt have and had never seen the proposal. They also said "weve been really, really busy, so bear with us ... well get this together." I asked if theyd send someone to itemize and re-photograph the work to be done - sort of start over. They said no, theyd find the list and pictures and make it happen asap. Some weeks later, another call. It was as if they hadnt heard of me. They cited some health problems and whatnot ... and apologized. When I said "OK, so how do we make this work?" they replied with "Its just so hard because were so busy ..." I then asked if I needed to move on and find someone else to do the work and the answer I got was a very distressed "I dont know what to tell you ... we apologize for the inconvenience, but were doing the best we can ..." We moved on and felt stupid for not having done so a year or so earlier. By the way - used to see their trucks in our area ALL the time ... havent seen one in many many months now. Apparently they still exist, since there are some recent reviews. But if they do, theyre hiding it pretty well.

This is the first 1 star review I have ever written. If youre looking to get gouged for plumbing, then definitely call this company. They charged me $816 to install two shower faucets. Note that this is the cost for labor only and just to install the faucets, not the shower heads or any other parts. I had purchased the standard Moen faucets that they recommended separately at a home store. They charged me by at any hourly rate for two separate people even though one of them was clearly a trainee and judging by the way the licensed plumber was speaking to him, it was clear he didnt have much experience and they probably had no business charging me for the work he did. I was not given a choice about this, nor was I told I would be paying for this helper as a separate line item until I got the bill. These were straightforward installs using parts they recommended (actually they REQUIRED certain brands) with easy access panels, the helper added very little but did take time which I paid for. Furthermore, the hours they charged me for included the two of them hanging out in the van eating lunch. Unfortunately, the amount they charged didnt include cleaning up after themselves as they left a mess in the tub. The lesson I learned from this is always get 3 estimates. After the fact I found out I could have had the work done by a true "local" plumber for much less. Although this company is "local" they are every bit a marketing company. You will be paying for their fancy wrapped vans and other forms of marketing. Unless you dont mind paying top dollar for basic plumbing work, do yourself a favor and call another company.

Exceeded my expectations. First, they gave me a range of reasonable and expected prices over the phone for my issue (a failing pressure reducing value in the basement), something their competitor would not do. They sent me an email about 30 minutes ahead of their arrival, Eric arrived even ahead of time and swiftly confirmed the problem was indeed the valve. The fitting in need of replacement was behind drywall in the basement. I had carved out a 14" opening around it in advance and found it was partially behind a wood stud. Even in this narrow opening and difficult position, he replaced it, with virtually no water marks anywhere, cleaned up and was done in under one hour. Clearly well-skilled! When done, I signed the receipt on his tablet which emailed me my receipt before he left the driveway. Ive used Kens multiple times in the past for my home and my rental property, and will definitely continue to do so.

I called this morning for emergency plumbing services, as a pipe had burst in my basement. A service tech was sent out within a 2 hours and the office staff helped me get the water to the house turned off, as I was having trouble doing so. The tech that came to my house was knowledgeable, responsive, friendly, and made sure I understood what he was doing. He also walked the house with me in order to provide his boss with information for a quote to replace all of the outdated piping. The tech explained what that would entail (what would need to be removed in terms of drywall, how I should prepare- removing items from cabinets, etc.). I am very pleased with the service I received today and look forward to the quote for the plumbing services.

The Griffin Plumbing organization has been excellent to work with. Workmanship is excellent; rates for routine work and quotes for major work (re-pipe house) were reasonable and timely. Griffin staff have helped diagnose problems not involving their work and once ordered on their own initiative a part covered by manufacturers warranty to be sent directly to me. When I have needed to make some choices to solve a problem or what decide what would be aesthetically pleasing, they have provided useful opinions to help resolve what to do. I have not had any problems with promptness or punctuality of services.

Nothing but top of the line with this group. They made an appointment, came on time. They snaked a drain, created a new clean out, hooked up a vanity sink, and bar sink drain and glued new PVC piping, and even had all the needed materials with them on their truck. The two guys sent out were nicer than anyone could expect. The price for all this was reasonable. This was not the first time I have used them, and when I need a plumber again they will be getting the call

Put in a well pump in for me on 8/01/16. The service was prompt and they did a great job. Great to have running water again. Plumber treated me and my wife like we were members of their family. Will give all my plumbing business to Ken Griffin Plumbing in the future. In fact having them come back to put a constant pressure system for my well water system. Could not be more pleased with the service.

We never had been impressed with plumbers we had until a friend suggested Ken Griffin. This was the second time that I needed their services and they are fantastic. They inform of the costs before arrival (and their prices are the most reasonable of any other plumber I had used), they are on time and do a great cleanup job after they complete the job.

Terrible. I called them to fix a sink drain and they charged me over $300.00 doing various things that did not fix the drain including cutting a whole in my wall, putting on a new pipe, putting on a new drain....none of which fixed anything. The drain still doesnt work.
