All Total Service Plumbing is an all star plumbing company to me and my family. Scot the owner is a smart and capable person, there is no problem he cant solve. I dealt with other plumbing companies in the past and I always spent more money the problem wouldve costed me if i took off work and did it myself. Scot the owner is a problem solver and gets the job done right the first time for a great price. if you are looking for a good experienced plumber that knows what he is doing, call Scot at All Total Service Plumbing. I have used them more than five times for difficult jobs from installing new toilets to replacing my entire pipes in the house to installing my new water heater. I highly recommend them to anyone that wants the job done right and at the right price. I see people leaving some negative reviews here and it bothers me that a great honest person like Scott that my entire circle of friends and Family uses be disrespected or called a dishonest. He is a stand up guy, he might be loud a little different than your usual Joe, but honest, super knowledgeable he is. Guy with wali and carpet stain complaints, please grow up, you sound stiff, and same for the other reviewer, I am a million percent sure he didnt take your money, not that kind of person. I have no business interests in this plumbing company, just a true fan of their work and a loyal customer.

WARNING!!!!! DO NOT EVER USE THIS PLUMBER He just did some work for me yesterday as a sub-contractor in Arlington. The first time I walked in to my condo to check on some painters I heard him yelling & cursing in the back of my unit. Later in the day I returned to check on him and found him in the hallway with all of his tools, scattered all over my beautiful cherry hardwood floor, he used my runner carpet as a drop cloth that had piles of dirt on it, my floor was filthy and scratched from his tools and the valves he was supposedly fixing, are leaking today. Furthermore, in the bathroom where I just had fresh new white ceramic tile installed, the grout is now brown due to him being in there working with his muddy boots on. The worst part is that he was working in my bath tub that had just been glazed white and he scratched and dinged the glazing all the way down beneath the surface to the original green color. He also left dirty hand prints on my freshly painted walls and some type of epoxy in the tub that cannot be removed. BUYER BEWARE!

Scott has been our plumber for over 10 years. He is extremely reliable and does superb work Whenever we have a problem, we text him with our problem. He comes over, even on the weekends without charging us a surcharge for after hours. He always fixes the problem, even if he needs to go get a part and return. I highly recommend him.

Stay away from Mr. Scot. He stole $1000 from me and I managed to get a judgment against him but never saw my money. Good luck if you decide to hire him. At least never pay him upfront because it is questionable if he will show up next day to start working on your house.
