I have used and referred Kinnett Plumbing often in the past year. Tom has been extremely friendly and responsive. His work is great and he discovered and repaired things once he consulted with me that really could have been a problem in the future. His communication has been excellent on every job. The other review here couldnt be further from the truth. There is another Kinnett named plumber in NOVA, maybe he used that company.

Tommy Kinnett knows his stuff when it comes to plumbing!! He has done several jobs for me from small (snaked my bath) to large (bathroom shower installation) and more, and he does great work. He is professional, courteous, and reasonable in his pricing. Highly recommend Kinnett Plumbing.

Not the best experience. The work lacked quality and professionalism. I have yet received a receipt or any work order for the service I received. I was very disappointed with the service.
