EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! Do yourself a favor and call this plumber when you need one. Our situation: A pipe burst in our house, I called three plumbers that were quoting "emergency" premiums, even though I explained I didnt need someone out ASAP and the water was off, so it wasnt an emergency. I called Kesterson Plumbing and they told me someone would be out in the afternoon or evening, depending on other projects---Dan arrives early ( before noon) and immediately tackles our problem. He attempts the most cost effective, least damaging route to get to the pipe and leaves our house spotless. He explains the whole process to me at the end and goes through everything he did, also mentioning some preventative measures we can take to protect against this happening again. Dan is obviously a master tradesman and a complete professional. The total bill was less than the other plumbers were charging for their "emergency" fee. Bottom line: Master tradesman and fair prices, something that is hard to find. Thanks Dan and you will continue to have our business Kesterson Plumbing!

Ive lived in the DC/MD/VA area for over 20 years now and I must say no other plumbing company even compares to Kesterson overall. Friendly, upbeat staff in the office and out on the jobs. They fixed every problem I had quickly and most importantly, the first time and at a low cost! HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a plumber in the DMV to contact Kesterson.

These guys are awesome. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone. In a time of crisis -- a broken sewer line on my property -- they went above and beyond to get it fixed. Thanks Jotis, Roger, Marco and Scott for all that youve done for my family to get this problem fixed once and for all.

They did an outstanding job. Snaked about 70ft of drain twice to ensure they got it clean. Drains (all of the drains in the house) work much better now. Plummer was highly professional and very courteous. I would recommend them to anyone in the Alexandria/DC/Northern Virgina area.

I waited 3 hours and never got a call back. Very frustrating when youre exhausted, have a very sick kid and need a functioning toilet! Called them three times. Now its 11:00pm and have to find another plumber.

All he did was fix the facet in my shower which was leaking and stopped a toilet from running. The bill was $247 which included $168 for an hour. Does that sound right? My friends tell me its way off.

The plumber was on time, courteous, and I was surprised by how cheap the fix was. Great experience!
