Where to begin? I woke up on a Saturday and my place was as cool as I expected. I left at 830am, returned at 1130am and it was 10 degrees warmer. I immediately called M.E. Flow as they are the ones that perform the inspections twice a year (and were just at my place in May). After speaking to Jason the manager on call for the weekend (so patient and kind),Percy came out and checked out several things that could be wrong and he realized the fan motor was fried. He ordered it and said it could be as late as Tuesday to have the part ready and M.E. Flow would come back to hook it up. Monday morning (long shot - but I was hopeful the piece was available) I called and spoke to Jennifer in the call center. She was SO helpful and kind and said she would try to find out if the part was in stock and encouraged me to call her back if she hadnt called me first. I called at lunchtime and spoke to another sweet, patient and kind woman that said Brian from Service would call me back to tell me if the part was in and to give him about 30 minutes. Brian called even sooner and said he had the part and he could send someone to my place within two hours! What?? YES! (thankful). Guess who came back? Percy! :) After he installed the fan, he checked a few other things and mentioned, this unit is old, we can make such fixes, but ultimately the unit should be replaced. (I understand this, but I do not own). Percy said to give it about 3 hours to cool down (3pm is when he turned the air on). Have I mentioned how pleasant Percy is each time he visits? At 645pm, I called M.E. Flow and said, its about 5-8 degrees warmer than when Percy left and he said it should be cooling down slowly but surely. The woman (I wish I remember her name), was SO kind and sweet and said, "I will have someone come back out and they should be there within the hour". I hear a knock and open the door, its (yep you guessed it), Percy! He was so concerned and so patient when he asked what has been happening since I left? I explained the warmth and he offers me several ideas he has to try in hopes to fix the issue. At 945 pm Percy has my place cooling down and he is in just as good a mood as when he showed up hours ago! I know each person has a different level of patience with things like this and I truly cannot stand being warm (I get impatient and cranky myself).. but I have to say the dedication to try to fix my air conditioning issue was superb. The staff was stellar in meeting my expectations, dedicated to seeing the issue through and honestly I would call them before I called another air conditioning company! Thanks to everyone at M.E. Flow!

After I had a new hot water heater installed in my office and a new gas furnace installed in my home by Conte Heating and Air Conditioning, I was disappointed when both installations failed the safety inspections. The City of Alexandria failed the hot water heater and the County of Fairfax failed the furnace for not meeting the requirements of the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code (USBC). M.E. Flow was very understanding and helped me with the permitting, Chimney Certification and re-installation of both units. Their technicians were prompt, professional and qualified. You get what you pay for and M.E. Flow put in the extra effort and expertise to restore my properties to code compliance. Recently I had a serious HVAC problem in my office when the blower fan and a transformer burned up. My office was filled with smoke and my office manager and a patient had to evacuate. I briefly thought about calling the City of Alexandria Fire Department and then decided to call M.E. Flow instead. The receptionist realized it was an emergency and within minutes Fabian arrived. He had the unit fixed in less than an hour and even checked the outside fan before he left. I highly recommend M.E. Flow to my patients and anyone else that wants an outstanding outcome for their HVAC and plumbing needs.

Updates as of 11/2.. I was very surprised to have received a call from ME Flow after my review. I thought for sure that writing an online review would just go out to cyber space to never been seen again. The manager was truly concerned with my issues. I got off the phone very impressed and satisfied that my concerned were heard. I would consider them again for future work. A pretty bad experience all around. First he came without the parts so he needed to go back and get them. For the $270 price quote the fix took all of 10 minutes with 8 of these minutes spent with him grunting and complaining about how hard it was. Once the line was fixed he turned the water back on and told me that the issue wasnt the thing he fixed but something else. I am convinced that if he had turned the water on first and diagnosed the leak himself it could have saved all that $27 per minute work. He was quick to pass the buck though saying that he was told to fix the line. In my work when a non professional tells me whats wrong I want to see it for myself.. I could have told him the wing was broken, what do I know Im not a professional plumbed. So after paying them he left and I had ZERO resolution to my problem. Some lessons just have to be learned the hard way I guess.

An exceptional service. Dustin and Jesus have been servicing my system this year and in the past. They are really friendly, take a lot of time to answer my many questions and are great ambassadors for the business. They will discuss plans for future maintenance and options for replacement of units. In years past I have had exceptional service here in Tysons; M.E. Flow has professionals that respond immediately on the phone and are always ready to help. When I had a major issue last year, they answered the call immediately and came out right away on the weekend. In addition, I they are participating in an apprentice program that is so important for our local youth. Six stars. Oh yes, on installing a new unit they had to move a pipe that the builders had erroneously installed, They did the drywall job without a charge where my neighbor had to pay extra for a separate contractor for exactly the same job and it ended up costing more.

I am writing to give an outstanding rating to your service rep, Jesus Onco, who has done the maintenance on my hvac system for the last several visits. He possesses all the qualities of an excellent employee -- always on time for the appointment, takes time to explain and answer any questions I have during the visit, exhibits a high degree of technical competence and at the same time he is always patient and pleasant; and always neat when he works and cleans up afterward. Finally, he is willing to go a step further if necessary to make sure things are working correctly, e.g., on this visit he worked to ensure that my outside unit was sitting the way it should since it had shifted and was listing slightly due to eroding soil under it. ME Flow is extremely fortunate to have an employee like Jesus Onco as he is truly an asset to your company
