We had a brake failure, the warning came on (on a Saturday). After reading reviews of very good experiences, I called A-1 and described my problem. I said it would take an hour for me to get there and they also offered to tow me in if I would prefer. The repair required removing the under plastic panels of my BMW X5 and repairing two brake lines that were rusted through. They replaced the rusted out sections and had to bleed the air out of the system from where I had pumped the brakes with no fluid in the system which couldnt be helped. They took care of me in a very short amount of time for the amount of work involved and I had the car back in the afternoon. I thought the bill was fair and I happened to know the mechanic from previous repairs at another shop. I will use them again for repairs. They are truly a repair shop, not remove and replace like you might get elsewhere. Thank you!!!

First time seeing this guys the owner (Agron) was very attentive and the entire staff was friendly, and trustworthy. I will most certainly continue to come here; he showed me everything that needed to be done and didnt rip me off like some other shops in town like University Tires... I needed them to replace my starter and service was surprisingly fast. They came to tow my car in a reasonable amount of time and the actual service went by quickly too. Alec was very amiable and professional. The costs of labor were fair and the price of the replacement starter probably was too. Ill likely come back to them if I need something else done.

A1 Rescued my business when we needed a truck jumped early on a Saturday morning. Other companies either didnt pick up the phone or didnt have the right equipment. We were stuck on the interstate with two dogs in the back seat that were dying from heat exhaustion and our driver came with water for us and the dogs! They had been running some hunt tests in VA and we were 6+ hours from home and didnt know anyone close. Thanks for the exceptional service!
