I went there today for an oil change and inspection.... Ive been a pretty loyal customer for the better part of 15 years, but today will have been my last time trusting my vehicle to J & N and its employees. The leather on my drivers side seat is slashed while in their care and I also saw a pill on my seat that after some research I realized it came out of my center console. The child safe cap was not secured and there were pills missing. I called to voice my complaints and according to the person on the phone all the techs are saints and they dont have anything hanging from their belts or in their pockets that could have even accidentally slashed my leather and also none of them so much as take an aspirin so they didnt take responsibility for either of my two very major concerns. I am disappointed that they couldnt even acknowledge that if the tables were turned that theyd be concerned too. While I generally prefer to support local businesses, myself and my family will be taking our vehicles elsewhere in the hopes that they are better cared for and if we were to ever have another complaint it would be fielded in a more professional manner and the business would attempt to do something to try and make it right.

My 16 year old son took our vehicle here to be inspected and for an oil change. They over charged for the oil change (17.00 labor!) and put a rejection sticker on the vehicle, saying it needed over 1200.00 in parts alone, not even including labor which would put it near or above 2000.00. It was everything from wipers to rear coils broke. Also, my son sat there in that place of business - using the word business for lack of a better word, for over 4 hours. Took the vehicle to another garage, that we had never been to, and it was thoroughly inspected and passed. NOTHING was wrong with it. When I called to question all the things wrong with the vehicle I was not allowed to speak to the mechanic, Lyle, who inspected the vehicle. Jill, the person who answered the phone, said the mechanics didnt speak to people?? If I could give them 0 stars, I would. My son said that while he sat there for those 4 hours, there were many people who got rejection stickers and were all told that it would be around 1000.00 to repair all the things that did not pass. If you need an inspection, I would suggest you go anywhere but here.

Horrible experience, rip-off. I do not recommend this company to anybody. They ripped me off for 818 dollars (the job would really cost about $300). Did not replace my fuse box, just cleaned what was melted and put the same box. Charged me for it as if it was a new one. Charged me $200 for work, I wonder guys did it take you 4 hours to out my fuse box in or do your services cost $200/ hour? An hour before I had to pick my car up called me and told me that alternator got buned, charged me extra 400 for that. Surprisingly all the parts where available and everything was done within an hour. Battery, where do I begin... they said it is a new battery, looks like new to me, but 3 weeks in it started to show that it is drained. Strangely. Anyway. DO NOT USE THEM, this is my experience.

They are quick and normally friendly until you provide constructive criticism. Every time Ive used them they screw up my tire pressure. I always ask if they put what I requested in, they say yes, and its wrong. I just checked my tires for a trip and they were all wrong, varied by 8 pounds and a stem cap was missing. Its only been 3 days and the tires are new. When I called in and told them I suspect their gauge system needs recalibrated or their worker needs to be more diligent they were in complete denial....gauge is fine and if he said he put in 40 lbs then he did....absolutely no desire to hear feedback they dont like.

NEVER AGAIN. radiator apparently broken there during state inspection. fullblown overheat a few miles later. needed a tow. radiator cracked and spurting coolant right where they "needed" to adjust a headlight. wall of denial from mgr and no sorry, no coupon, no nothing. replacing the radiator elsewhere had cost ~$650. headlight adjust seemed like a flimflam bogus-seeming add-on to get an extra $30 during state inspection. also claimed a another phantom marker light out (see another review below). in my opinion, J & N now stands for Jerky and Negligent.

In and out in about 15 minutes for an oil change. 1st time here, seemed very professional to me. Other reviews have mentioned some issues which mostly seemed to be what we all run into at times when we have service done on our vehicles with a few exceptions. Regular oil change was a little over $40, synthetic is about $100. They cleaned my windshield and helped me to diagnose a noise problem with one of my wheels and still finished quickly. Overall, I was very pleased and will probably go back again.

Bend over. Unfortunately I use this place for oil changes due to certain circumstances. All the times I have been in there the mechanics come tell people all this stuff they dont need done. $400 + dollars to put an alternator in a Ford Focus? Poor girl. I would not have them work on my pedal bike. They MIGHT have good mechanics but the way they overcharge and rob people of unnessary work is ridiculous. Not sure how the owners sleep at night.

They over charged my labor fees when they only worked on my car 1/2 the time as I was able to view them from the seating area. The front office blonde haired lady is ecpecially rude. She has very poor customer service skills. When I questioned the charges she got Irate with me and in front of other customers, It was the worst exsperiance of my life. I will never go back.

Went for state inspection, said a bunch of stuff failed and it would cost me over 1000$ to fix it, took it to another shop and it passed with no problem, if you get your vehicle inspected there that would be a mistake, I would not recommend them to anyone unsless you want to spend a lot of money to fix something that didnt need to be fixed

I love this place!!! They are so friendly, and they do a great job! They thoroughly ensure they are using exactly what I want, and they are super-fast...but they dont cut corners. We can watch them work from the windows in the waiting room. I love watching the team work so well together. It gives me peace-of-mind. I wont go anywhere else.

If time is your ONLY concern, this is the place to go. Also, if you want a $100 oil change this is also the place! I thought the cost was a lot but it was a newly purchased truck so perhaps, there was something I didnt know about the way it needed to be changed. I took my truck elsewhere and it was $45 for an oil change.

Trust but Verify. Like most quick lube locations, a car owner should always check the work. In my case, the cold air intake was not put back on and the hold down brackets were left sitting on top of the engine. I didnt catch it until a few days later when I checked the fluids. So, I didnt listen to my own advice.
