Took my 14 Sierra Denali here in April and paid the $75 for the "Lava Express" and the vehicle was filthy, inside and out. Im not a messy person and usually have cleaned my vehicle myself. This time I had waited longer than usual and it was definitely dirty but not excessively dirty. I watched employees in my truck on their phones and watched the truck roll on the short band with no attention until close to the end. They did a rush job and when I was asked if I was happy, I opened the door to look inside and the employees had placed my Weathertech mats on my accelerator! Needless to say it revd up to around 5 thousand rpm while I was trying to remove it from the gas pedal.. After inspection, inside and out the truck was still completely filthy. Ive got a bed cover on it so Im not even talking about the bed. Im talking about the outside. The tailgate, the running boards, the bumpers, the wheels, the door jams, the floor mats, cracks and crevices were not cleaned properly, honestly the only thing they really did was Armor All the plastics, leather, and dashboard. The instrument panel still was dusty and the nav screen had finger prints all over it. I called in to complain because I was on a tight schedule. I was told that the cost was for an interior detail, that the chemicals cost what they cost and were applied to the vehicle, and that my vehicle was "probably excessively dirty." Ive frequented other "high end" car washes and can honestly say that youd be better off hiring someone else to do it or if finding yourself in the Leesburg neighborhood going to Leesburg Station Auto Wash where you truly get your moneys worth. As for 5 Star, theyll never see me again, not just for terrible cleaning and the actions of their employees, but more specifically because of their customer service after the fact. The right thing would have been to send someone out, take a look at the vehicle and send it back through for cleaning. This could have all been avoided.

PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING!! I AM REVIEWING BOTH THE AUTO WASH SIDE AND THE STATE INPECTION PLACE ON THIS REVIEW. STATE INSPECTION PLACE REVIEW: I am torn And wish I could write 2 separate reviews. The state auto inspection side of this business is a hidden treasure! I would give 4 1/2 stars!!! Seriously dont waste time waiting 3 hours in line at pep boys. 5 star had me in and out of there in an hour and 15 minutes. (That includes time to fix a couple things so I could pass) customer service awesome! They have a decent waiting area with a few toys for my daughter which was great. But We decided to walk over to chick fil a to eat. It was starting to rain a bit and as I was Picking up my daughter to start the wet walk the woman st the desk said wait, she rain back somewhere and came back out and handed me an umbrella. I was stunned and also I was so grateful. It really started to rain on our way walking back! Awesome awesome! I will definitely use again and share the secret!! The AUTO WASH SIDE Review.... beware beware beware!!! 1 star is the lowest I can give but this place is a rip off. I paid $22 dollars for just the outside of my car to be washed. I thought they would at least dry my car by hand after the big dryer but they didnt. The boys who were supposed to "scrub" your tires as you drive into the wash were so lazy. One was on his phone and completely missed his side of the car. When I honked at him and pointed to my tires he shrugged his shoulders and mouthed "oh sorry" I went in after my wash was done to see how much it would cost to have the interior done since I was already there. But as I walked in there were 2 very angry customers complaining to what looked to be the manager about bad his car looked after paying over $100. I decided to walk out and not waste my time... you probably shouldnt either.

I have a review for whoever does the state inspection here. I went in for an oil change and a state inspection. The employees at this establishment told me that my car failed the state inspection because there was a crack in the windshield that was over three inches and three inches is the limit. I informed them that the crack has been on my car since I bought it 8 years ago and it has always passed the inspection from many other different state inspectors. They said that if I wanted to pass, I would have to pay $265 for a new windshield. I said no thanks and took it to another state inspector at Jack Evans, who passed me with no problem at all. I measured the crack and it turns out it was 2 inches... not even 2 1/2... no where near three inches...Also, since its in the corner, its not even blocking the drivers view. So pretty much I lost $16, and a bunch of time taking it to this 5 star spa, but I could have lost a lot more if I paid for the new windshield. I will say that the employees at the front desk are very nice and friendly and this review is not for you. No, this review is for the state inspector who sucks at his job and is trying to steal for honest costumers. Perhaps they are just dumb and they need to go back to school and learn how to use a ruler so they can measure correctly. Of course, everything Im saying is a lot nicer than the other state inspector who passed me had to say for this guy. The guy at 5 star spa gives honest state inspectors a bad name. I feel like this is one of those places that lures you in with the cheap oil change coupons and tries to charge you for a bunch of other things that arent necessary.

I took my car in for detailing (inside and out) in June. I went back 5 hours later to pick it up and had to wait another hour and a half. They asked me to go ahead and pay, which, to my sorrow, I did pay over $250. They brought the car around and I checked the outside, opened the doors to the front and back seat. I drove home, and when I opened the cargo door in the back to get my floor mats out, the back of my back seat was torn in 5 or 6 different places. I went in the next morning and showed the manager. He sent me to an auto upholstery repair shop, and they told me they could "repair" the seat, but if I wanted it to match, I would have to go through the dealer. Needless to say, I ended up filing and claim with my insurance company to replace the leather seat cover on my backseat. This happened in June, and it is now October, and this still has not been settled. I filed a claim with the BBB, and they acknowledge damaging the seat and told the BBB that their insurance company would cover the damage. Apparently, their insurance company says they have no coverage for this under their policy. A business who has no coverage for damages??????? I wouldnt advise anyone to deal with these people. I cost over $1200 to replace my seat cover. I still have the damaged seat cover if any one has any doubts, and I still have all the phone calls stored in my cell phone.
