The customer service I just experienced at Tire Outfitters was one of the best in my lifetime. I very rarely post reviews, but felt compelled to do so based on my recent experience. I have an older truck that had very wide wheels/tires on it at the time of purchase. I explained to them this wheel/tire combo was not optimal for the deep snow driving conditions I wanted to use the truck for. Ed indicated he would see what wheel/tire combo he could find to meet my requirements. He ended up searching local scrap yards and found me two sets of older Ford wheels for a great price. He received them in under a week and had them with the new narrow snows on my truck in no time. Everything mounted properly and could not be happier. Ed knew exactly what I needed and saved me a ton of money in the process. I was also impressed he went out of his way to call around and find me used wheels without trying to sell me brand new wheels that I did not need. This is not your average tire shop. These guys know their stuff, are very polite/responsive/honest and will go out of their way to ensure the customer is happy. Highly recommend.

Was told it would cost 157 dollars to replace 4 spark plugs. Advanced Auto Parts had the OE spark plug at a lower cost than theyre quoted 9.75 a piece and it took me less than 30 minutes to change them myself when they wanted to charge for 1.25 hours of labor. Then, when I alerted them I would just do it myself, I was told it would be 44 dollars just for them to run the codes and diagnose it which took a total of 15 minutes. Codes that any auto parts store will give you for free. My parents always went here so I thought I would go with the same. Make sure to call around first and get an estimate from other companies, regardless of their rating on Google.

In my opinion, a car service shop with honest people isnt easy to find! I wish I had heard about Tire Outfitters a long time ago; I would have saved a lot of money and been spared much grief. There are some service shops out there that definitely want to get as much money as they can from you. This shop isnt one of them. They provided service to my car and my wifes car without trying to talk me into having more done. I got a good deal on tires (best prices I could find) and very quick service as well. I certainly recommend this shop and plan on having them take care of any future service.

Shawn and Ed were helpful, informative, and very personable. I made an appointment for 3 oclock and was out by 3:29. They explained the process of the front end alignment with the high-tech equipment that makes it spot on. The price was more than reasonable and the experience was easy and actually enjoyable due to discussing some tire related issues with the staff and another customer. They even have a variety of magazines to keep any customer happy.

I have been screwed over by this establishment and the purchase of tires TWICE. The first time they put the wrong sized tire on and this last time they replaced the wrong tire even though their spiffy diagram showed in two different places which tire should be replaced. When I pointed out their mistake they acted like they were doing ME a favor by correcting it.

They found that one of my tires did not have a slow leak but that it was simply over inflated. Sent me on my way with no charge. They also spent much time searching for an elusive tire style for our tractor and were very helpful with advice on where we might find one. Whenever we do need new tires for our cars, their prices and service are the best.

Excellent diagnostic skills, blunt honesty. They only take repair and service jobs that they can do and the ones they do are completed above expectations. They have several times gone out of their way to repair one of my autos or have gone the extra mile and never charged me for it. Excellent service station for repairs.

Tire Outfitters is the real deal. They diagnose problems WITHOUT the common practice elsewhere of swapping out new parts while charging a premium. They are very honest and transparent. Rest assured you are paying for their actual work and not billled for fluff.

Quick, professional, amicable employees that were very candid and trustworthy. However quite pricey i guess you get what you pay for. Well worth the extra money to have a place that you can trust and one that is reliable and fast. I would definitely use again.
