Had a bad experience at Merchant Tire two years ago so decided to give Firestone a try. The folks at Firestone were extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I could see a manager at a desk through the shop window was keeping a close eye on all the work being done - very reassuring. They took the time to explain and weigh all the options both before and after the service. I did not feel rushed or pressured at all. Pricing was good. Sitting here reading the paperwork I am amazed at how detailed they were for such a routine maintenance, and the best thing of all is I see they noted all the upcoming maintenance items that I need to plan for in the future such as air filter and battery - without getting all in my face while I was there trying to pressure me into it. At Merchant Tire when I contacted them about my uneven tire wear I was admonished like a child that I am supposed to get an alignment every six months. At Firestone they proactively checked the alignment twice ran a diagnostic and started explaining all the possibilities, and that I can take it back when I have time so they can properly troubleshoot.

I have had my car towed there twice in the last five days. My car wouldnt start so the first time after waiting 6 hours, they told me it was the ignition and they installed a new one for $400.00. I drove home, put my car in the garage and the next afternoon it wouldnt start, again. Had it towed again. This time after waiting 2 hours, they told me it was a dead battery. I told them the battery was only 6 months old. I asked many questions about why would it be two entirely different things going wrong in just a couple of days. They said they were SURE it was the battery so I paid another $200.00 for that. I drove home yesterday, parked my car in the garage and last night, for the third time it wouldnt start. The guys at Firestone said I would have to pay to have it towed (for the third time) and they would "take another look". I decided against this. I want my money back!!!

It is the second time I go there and I have always been satisfied. First of all, they are open on Sundays which makes a huge difference since I work over 50 hours a week and I dont have much time on weekends either. Second they make a real effort to address your needs. Their prices are maybe a little higher than others but they seem to provide with enough choices for you wallet. I recommend Raffael. He is super friendly and made an effort to have the car ready before 5pm although I had brought it there at 3:20pm! I needed it to go to work the next day. Four new tires P195/60R15, 44.000 mi and alignment for $360. I think it is pretty reasonable. Derrick (with the long beard) is the technician and is also very friendly. He described what are the major factors of tires wear and how to limit that. I would recommend to go there.

Came in at 4:30 on a Thursday for an appt for new tires. Asked them to check the rotors and breaks while they had the tires off bc I suspected they were bad. My suspicions were correct and the sales teammates, Michael, didnt feel comfortable sending me out on the road they were so bad. He and the technician stayed past closing to get me fixed up. I waited for awhile (happily bc I had quiet time away from my kiddos! ;) ) and the rotors they ordered ended up not fitting. Michael was very apologetic and had already called his manager to make sure things would be taken care of and I could come back in first thing the next morning. I usually dont visit Firestone for my auto care needs, but I absolutely will be back in the future! Excellent customer service!

Bought 4 new tires from them a while back, just 2 days later 1 of the tires is almost flat and the belt ends up breaking because of it. I take it to them and they replace the faulty tire. 2 days later I noticed they put the wrong size tire on. I dont understand how hard it is to look at the tire you just took off to know what size to put on. I called them and told them about it, didnt even bother bringing it in to fix it. Just bought a tire somewhere else and had it installed just because I dont want to waste my time here ever again.

Called prior to driving all the way there to have an alignment done on my Land Rover. Was assured by the guy on the phone that they could do an alignment on the vehicle even with its air suspension. Waited for 30 minutes to be told by technician that actually they cant do it because theyve not ever been able to do it correctly.... Wasted 30 minutes driving there and another thirty minutes sitting in the waiting room because the person on the phone couldnt check with someone knowledgeable. Will never go there again.

I visited this Firestone location without an appointment, and I needed an oil change and tire rotation asap, so that I could get out of town in a hurry. The gentleman that I spoke with was very professional, and let me know that there was a 2 hour wait. I decided to wait, and walk to a nearby restaurant to have lunch. To my surprise, by the time that I finished my meal and walked back to the Firestone, my vehicle was finished. I was very impressed with the speed and professionalism of this location.

A year ago went to this shop because our Honda Odysseys brakes were squeaking. Shop calls us to say theres no need to do the work because brakes are fine and to come back in a year. Who does that?! Ive told many people about our experience. Just got the brakes done here yesterday. Again, honest, transparent, respectful and explained everything. Good people here. Will likely do all our work here from now on. Very happy.

I will NEVER come here again. Had an appt at 3:00 for an oil change and breaks. Dropped it off at 1:00. They call at 5:40 to tell me they didnt have the parts.. They said they could get parts by noon the next day. Obviously that doesnt work because we need our vehicle back. We get here to pick it up at 6:30 and its still sitting on a lift with no tires and they close at 7:00...

Ive had several satisfactory oil changes and brake jobs here, but when my wife and I brought our van in to get part of the axle replaced it took two visits for the mechanics to get it right, and they had to keep the van overnight both times. They did give us a break on the price for the second visit, but I was disappointed by the amount of time the vehicle was out of service.

Be weary of cheaper aftermarket parts they charge high quality prices..I got rotors and brakes put on my vehicle only to have them rust out in sixty days.. then they tell me unfortunately it was the part and they couldnt do anything about it..the rusty brake hub was showing through my rims...poor customer service for almost $500 brake job!!!!!!!

Honest folks that tell you whats going on. They told me about a small problem with my car and laid out several options, including one that didnt make them any money, but saved me a lot. Thats called integrity, and few businesses have it. This one does.
