Never had an issue. Standard Walmart service dept. Been getting oil change, tire rotation, battery service type stuff for 6 years now. Yeah you might wa it longer than the jiffy lube down the street, your not payin $75 either. Its usually an hour or less while I grab a few things from the store.

They do a good job on our oil changes and its always done at the time they say it will be but I can never get a hold of these people. I spend too much time just trying to get someone on the phone for a question.

Total waste of time. I checked the hours for the auto dept and it said they closed at 6pm. Its 5pm and theyre closed. Thanks d-bags!

Be ready to wait long hours, if they tell you 20 minutes waiting, that mean 3 hours good luck
