The service department is terrible I took my vehicle there to fix a transmission/computer issue as well as have the oil changed and inspection done. They ask the vehicle be there Tuesday morning so I left it there the night before. I heard nothing from them during the day so I called them. They said they were not able to look at the vehicle. When they called me Wednesday afternoon they said they were unable to fix the trans issue because they where able to find an engine code in the computer even though the engine light came on when the issue occurred. Later that week after I got the truck back I noticed the rear window in the drives side door of the extended cab wouldnt go down. I called them and once again they wanted the vehicle there Tuesday morning a week after it had been there for the first issue. I once again left the vehicle there Monday night. I didnt hear from them during the day on Tuesday again so I called. They told me there was a damaged wire in the rear door that needed to be replaced and the vehicle wouldnt be done until tomorrow morning. When I made this appointment, I made it clear to them I was leaving for out of state on Wednesday. Had to delay my trip because truck wasnt complete. When I went to pick up the vehicle I noticed a dent on the door that had the repairs done that appeared to be from the inside out. The service department had already left for the night so I had to bring the vehicle back there the next morning. The service department manager said there was nothing done that could have caused the damage and the dent was caused from something on the outside of the vehicle. This will be the LAST time I take my vehicle in for service or purchase another vehicle from a Bob Johnsons dealer.

Confusing to say the least. My husband had called over on a Thursday about a vehicle we were interested in buying the salesman said he would email with pictures and keep us informed on it.He made an appointment for us to come over on sunday. The day before we go over we call to make sure the vehicle is still there since we are driving an hour over. A salesman tells us that yes it is still available and no deals have been made against it. Sunday we go over and as soon as you walk through the doors I just had an awful feeling. We get told the vehicle was sold. Our salesman we were supposed to meet with never showed up and didnt have the common courtesy to even call us. They let us just walk out the door without even trying to ask if we might be interested in something else. We will never do business with this place again. And it was heartbreaking because we were willing to write the check.

Most helpful and courteous car buying experience Ive ever had! Ask for Doug! I couldnt find a vehicle with all the features I wanted and within my budget, but instead of pressuring me to buy any car Doug took the time to help me find the RIGHT car. He did some research, looked into every possible GM discount available, and found a way to install everything I wanted into a model I could afford. He even made sure it would still have the little details that mattered to me like exterior and interior colors! Also rearranged his personal schedule so that I could come in after work. This place is well-worth the drive out to LeRoy!

Its been over three months since I bought my 2015 Nissan Rogue at Bob Johnson in Leroy, NY. Beautiful vehicle, only 68 miles with only one problem....they had only one set of keys. I was promised by our salesman and also in writing that they would send a second set as soon as they received it from another Bob Johnson location. After numerous phone calls and voice mails left for our salesman we still do not have our promised second set of keys. The bigger problem here is....If Bob Johnson cant get me a set of keys that they owe me... what will happen if we have a major problem with our vehicle.

I believe that service after the sale is what counts!! Was at Bob Johnson in Leroy yesterday for a brake problem on a 2013 enclave. They were great!! My family has bought vehicles here for many years, even back when it was LeRoy Motors. The only two vehicles Ive ever owned since I started driving have came from here and I have no complaints.
