For many years my 2003 Lincoln Navigator was under warranty with the local Ford dealership. The prices they charged were very high - even the portion I was responsible for was hard to swallow. When I had to start coming out of pocket for the entire bill, I sought out an alternative. I have now used WT&A 4-5 times over the last three years for all auto repairs to my Nav. Because of my work schedule, I drop my truck off after hours. The staff are always prompt contacting me the following morning with information on costs/time of repair. I have not met one member of the staff that has been anything but 100% professional and exceptionally courteous. If there are options or a means for me to do part of the repair now and part later, I am given them. I appreciate this since sometimes I cannot come out of pocket for the entire amount in a given month. Obviously, sometimes this is not possible and the repair is what it is. But to me, this attitude conveys that they understand their customers and are not trying to "stick it to you" for unnecessary repairs. To me, that speak volumes about their ethics. I have recommended this establishment to my friends and family with 100% confidence that they will also be given the same level of care and attention. In addition, my husband takes his Ford Excursion there as well. We are absolutely confident in their work and feel the prices they charge are reasonable. Always awesome! They stand behind their work also! Been going here for years with multiple cars. If it aint broke they will tell you and not charge you. If it is, then they are the best quality deal in the area. They are courteous and conscientious and they turn things around pretty quickly ... and keep you informed. Ive had multiple times they told me the fix was something simple that I thought was going to cost me a lot. They also told me a simple fix and charged me nothing. Best of all they also stand behind their work. We had a problem with my sons truck while his fiancé had it in Florida and it turned out to be something they had made a mistake putting back together, but they COVERED IT AND WORKED WITH A SHOP IN FLORIDA TO FIX IT FOR HER! That is integrity and commitment.

Came for an oil change and an alignment. Left with a loose wheel speed sensor and my abs light came on when I headed home. Brought it back and they charged me an hour labor to diagnose a loose wheel speed sensor bolt and tighten it down. That takes literally 5 minutes to do, but whatever. Then I get home and notice a oil spot in my space. I check and its mine. Check the oil and Im a quart over. Gushing at the seals. I bring it back for them to drain it and they take theyre sweet time while I wait. I do not recommend this shop. The counter guys seem knowledgeable but their mechanics are obviously not on the ball. Youre at risk coming here, I wouldnt doubt that I have seal damage now because of this.

Run, do not take your car to Goodyear, Warrenton Tire and Auto anymore !!! It is under new ownership and if you have them look over your car they break things so you have to come back and spend more money !!!!! Or if they do find something wrong they dont tell you, they want it to break so it costs you a fortune to get it fixed. !!! Like I said, after going there over 15yrs RUN RUN DO NOT USE them or you will suffer the repercustions!!!!!!!!! And it will cost you THOUSANDS!!!!!

New to Town Warrenton va

Love these folks! I am new to town and needed an inspection. These guys got me in and done in no time! Yesterday, at another place, my car sat all day long and never was inspected: they said, sorry, were busy. At yet another place, they wouldnt even talk to me: told me that they really didnt know when they could help me. WARRENTON TIRE AND AUTO came thru for me! I will go nowhere else for my car service from now on. thank you!

I went here needing brakes, thinking it was going to be a big job all around. The servicemen at Warrenton Tire and Auto fit me in without an appointment and offered outstanding service. I ended up only needing front brakes, and I really appreciate their honesty and expertise. Im used to getting ripped off for things like this, and these guys completely exceeded my expectations.

They get me in and out with good service and expedience. Ive had tires, rotation, alignment and oil changes. The dealer said my front end mechanisms were too rusted for them to do anything. These guys just did the alignment with no complaints or insults. Very professional.

I wouldnt go to them for anything more complicated than an oil change. Beyond that they have to call in outside people for an extra charge, wont give a reliable quote, and keep changing what they say the problem is.
