Worst auto care shop I have ever been to. Was completely disrespected by the mechanics, who also did not do any of the work I asked. I gave them a full list of the problems my car was having, along with instructions to diagnose and drive the car. Well, their definition of "diagnosis" is to scan the computer for codes, but not drive it. However, computer scanning for codes is free...so im completely confused. They stated my Head Gasket Valve was leaking oil everywhere, but refused to take me back and show me due to safety reasons. They broke my AC knob, rolled their eyes when I maturely and respectfully questioned them for clarification on their list of issues my car had, as anyone should. One last thing. They stated I needed full brake replacements. However, they charged me for that one month prior. This firestone is a complete joke. Seemed to think because I was a woman, I didnt understand. I had to have my father come in talk to them (which as soon as he did, their attitudes changed). Extremely sexist and rude.

Horrible. Although I could have changed the rotors and brakes myself, I chose to get them "professionally" repaired and save my time. Big mistake as my multiple visits for the replaced brakes/rotors accomplished neither. I wasted two weekends bringing the vehicle back for sticking brakes that you could smell by driving less than a mile. The second time I had the original repair "fixed", I was told it would only take an hour and a half, so i waited. Two hours later, i was told it would be anther 2 1/2 hours. When i explained how disappointed i was, the service manager argued that he was just a frustrated because he is personally losing money every time i returned for the same repair. As i sit here and wait, I am completely flabbergasted at the service and regretful i didnt make the repairs myself.

We made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 2pm on 8/2/14 for the following day. We arrived at 2pm on 8/3/14 and handed in our keys. This individual did not ask where our vehicle was located in the parking lot. We waited until 2:50pm and decided to go to another business to have our oil change done. This same Firestone also ordered the wrong tires for us in the past. When I make an appointment, I expect the customer service to be provided close to the appointment time. We will not be returning to this place for future business.

We had an issue with our car after these guys worked on it. Even tho the work they did was almost two months prior to the incident, and they could have easily denied any responsibility, these guys were totally professional and took care of us. The reimbursed us for the tow, the repair, the car I had to rent during the incident, and even some parts that had been damaged. They didnt *have* to do all that, but they did, and they did it with efficiency and professionalism. Firestone has won a new life-customer. Well done!

I greatly appreciate the honesty and the service I received, particularly from this Firestone Tire and Auto. I have been to a lot of auto care shops in Fredericksburg and Northern Virginia, but this one honestly cares that I am a college student and am in a very limited budget. They dont pressure you to do anything. When you want pricing, they give you pricing. The area I am not a big fan of but pricing and honesty hands down the best. I am willing to travel 1 hour even after I graduate to go to this Firestone.

Good price on my tires and the customer service the first day was good, but after some problems with their equipment the people in the facility were not very forth coming with information and the technition did not have enough ambation to wipe the tires down after installing them on my truck. This is not unsual for workers now a days they just dont care what people think about where they work. Like I said the first day the gentleman at the desk was very helpful.

Brought my car to get my head light changed. The mechanics removed my bumper off my car for no reason and took them 4 hours to change the head light. They didnt attach the bumper back to my car property. Went back to get my bumper re-attached. The manager told me he couldnt do it and that I had to take my car to a car body shop and that FireStone might pay for it. The manager didnt not take my complain seriously. Dont take your care there you will regret it!

OK, either I had an unusually great experience here or the bad reviews I see got unlucky. No matter, heres my experience. I was in for warranty work. Things could have started a bit smoother, but I must say that Joey who was manager on duty handled things beautifully. My service was completed ahead of schedule and all arrangements were handled professionally and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this place based on my experience on June 7, 2017.

I had 2 seperate cars in one weekend at firestone. I must say the service was excellent. The staff is willing to give you professional advice which lets me know that my car is in good hands. Technician joey in particular was excellent. He kep me updated on the status of the work i was getting done he he always spoke with excitement which makes all the difference so he was great. I will be using this lication from this point foward

Call to say my inner tie rod ends had "a little too much play for va state inspection" quoted me $400 on parts i just had installed. Then failed me for rear suspension and windshield when i said id go elsewhere with my busniess... then to top it off the desk lady had some smart imploite remarks. To top it all off THEY LEFT MY CAR OUTSIDE UNLOCKED WITH MY KEYS IN THE IGNITION. I WILL BOYCOTT THESE PEOPLE

I usually do my own work but, since I had more money than time in this instance, I took my car in to Firestone to change the front pads. Told I needed 4 new rotors because the rear rotors were rusty. The car has rear drums. Also, the front rotors and rear drum assemblies were smooth as silk and not warped. Beware of unnecessary up-charges.

Every time Ive gone here they have been professional with my automobiles and the service has been quick. Some service places try to push or guilt you into services such as lifetime alignments or fluid flushes, this place isnt like that at all! This is my preferred place to have inspections and tire installs done on my automobiles.

Waited an hour and a half for a state inspection, fine, first Monday of the month. Then get the "license plate light bulb" is broken and needs to be repaired for $14 additional. Maybe it was, but it probably wasnt and who wants to wait another 2+ hours for a re-inspection? Not me.

Dont bother making an appointment, they dont stick to their schedule regardless. Took 2 and a half hours to complete an alignment past my appointment time which I showed up for 30 minutes in advance. Good for tires, horrible for service. Will never come back for service

A little overpriced, but they did match a cheaper quote from Rose Auto Clinic. I sometimes get the feeling, though that they are trying to upsell more than they should. I like that they let me know what may be wrong and what I should get fixed next.
