Air Park Auto Service truly cares about you because they cared for us. Here is the short story: We were far from home and they told us what was wrong at no charge, at closing, on December 23. Here is the long story: We were 10 hours from home and 2 hours from our family. Through heavy rain on December 23, we trekked through traffic. There were six people in the car, my parents, two sisters, and my fiancée. Strange noises came from the front of the car every time the accelerator was not pressed. My mum found this AAA approved shop that was close to the highway. They took us in immediately and told us what was wrong with the car within 10 minutes. Inside, there were free books, a train track for kids, a Keurig machine, and a television. All of this was free. The seats were comfortable. Everyone was friendly. The receptionist accommodated all of our requests for help. Had they not helped us, we would not have known that the transmission on the van was bad. It was not the acceleration part of the transmission but the deceleration part. We might have thought the tire rod was bad when the transmission was the issue. Also, they did not charge us for anything. They deserve every accolade given to them.

Go here if you want to be nickel and dimed. Husband dropped his truck off at 7:30 am Monday morning for an oil change, inspection, and to fix the fuel gauge. He was called just before noon and quoted $1500. Told them fine and to proceed with fixing. Arrived at 4 pm to pick up and was told it was not ready yet. After waiting for 45 minutes, he was told they had to order the part and it would be ready on Tuesday. On Tuesday, they discovered they order the incorrect part but it would be ready on Wednesday. On Wednesday they didnt get the part in time and said it would be ready Thursday. They installed the new part of Thursday and then discovered there was an additional issue with the wiring. +$200. After having the truck for 4 days, with a $1700 bill, they comped us $35 for the inconvenience. Thats right, $35 on a $1700 bill (2%). Im not saying I expected the work for free, they need to be compensated for their time, but what about our time and inconvenience? They could have done better than a 2% discount. We will not be back.

I appreciate that they at least have a lounge where if youre waiting, theres comfortable seats, its warm, and theyre with the 21st Century, providing Wi-Fi and contacts via email, and a website! There are specials occasionally, and its AAA approved for those of use that pay for the membership, but probably cannot/do not fully use the benefits! As with many repair shops, they will call and communicate with you if any additional or new findings are noted, to get your approval before repairing it, and then getting a larger bill than pre-arranged.

Great service, conveniently located and easy to work with. They can handle all types of repairs from basic routine maintenance as well as more complex jobs. My wife and I take all of our vehicles to them and have been for years. Chris and the team are flexible and have always fit me into the schedule if an emergency repair was required. We have always been extremely satisfied with all of their work. They truly seem to care about their customers.

Have been coming here for a little over a year now as my preferred mechanic north of the city. They do excellent work, fast, for a decent hourly labor charge. Their waiting room is family friendly with a free arcade machine and toys for the kids, and TV, free (name brand) coffee for the adults. I think theres even soda and water in the mini fridge below the machine. This is my choice if I cant find a mechanic that works out of the house.

Excellent experience, great service! I needed a lot of work done to my vehicle and expected this to take at least 2 days and multiple thousands of dollars. The guys at AirPark Auto finished the work in one day and price me very reasonably. No maintenance scamming here! Such a relief to find a great shop, will definitely recommend to others and continue taking my vehicle here. My vehicle now drives better than it did the day I purchased it!

This is an amazing shop! The prices are the best Ive come across and the staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. There is always fresh coffee, soda, water, and snacks available. They never try to convince me to buy anything I dont need and let me know what things will need to be replaced soon. Since I own a PT Cruiser, I am at the mechanic frequently and they make it a painless process! I definitely would recommend them to anyone.

I have been bringing all of my vehicles here for 10 years and will continue to do so. Airpark Auto makes you actually trust mechanics again. Air Park Auto is a very professional, top notch business that truly cares about its customers. When our engine was going out, they did not even charge us for the diagnosis, and although they could have done the yearly vehicle inspection we requested at the same time, they held off, because they suspected the repairs were going to be more costly than we would want to do. We will definitely return to Air Park Auto!

I take my mom there for service to her vehicle, and they are always an extremely friendly and courteous staff. They dont offer up something additional to fix on your vehicle unless you truly need it, and Ive always found them to be honest. They are always busy because they have a great service, but even still they get the job done in a timely fashion.

I have been taking my car here for years. They have friendly staff and play area for kids. The T.V. is always on for anyone who wants to watch and free drink refreshments. The prices are reasonable and they always inform you of when maintenance is due as well as send you coupons in the mail and e-mail if you prefer.

Had a serpentine belt fail while traveling from NC to MD. It was late in the afternoon and they looked at it as quickly as possible and then did everything to get me on my way all told I was in and out in around 2 hrs. I was more than pleased with the service and was treated with the greatest courtesy.
