Needed an oil change and wanted both headlight bulbs replaced. Next morning both headlights were pointed directly at the ground and I almost couldnt get to work because it was so unsafe. I took the car back and they attempted an adjustment and said they "dont have a headlight aiming machine." (Really? ) The next time I asked before hand and they again told me that they dont have the ability to aim headlights after changing them. This seems it would be pretty basic. Took my car to Jiffy Lube and when I told them about it the tech. just laughed and walked away. They were able to adjust my headlights without an issue.

Went to get just a standard oil change and new windshield wipers at 7am as soon as they open, it took the lady 45 minutes just to put my info and she asked me the dumbest questions waisting my time. She asked if I wanted to replace both windshield wipers and then asked her coworker about 6 questions and the coworker just left her hanging. It took her forever "shes said because of the keyboard" to just put in my number. Shot can Walmart upgrade there gadgets.

Tire and lube center is extremely incompetant. I had two terrible experiences out of two, resulting in me calling the manager after. The latest involved Byron specifically who was insurmountably rude considering the store in the wrong. Never have I met someone who has to deal with customers who is so ill-equipped to do so. I suppose the fact that I gave them on second chance is my own fault. It will not be happening again.

Arrived at 545 pm. Tire center hours are till 7 pm. Was told could not mount anymore tires that night due to being too busy. Walked back out of the service area outside and no cars being serviced and 3 service employees standing around tire machine talking
