These guys have some of the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I had to wait in there check in / check out area that was left unattended for about 15 - 20 minutes before I was helped. I was there to pick up a wheel and they tried to charge me for mounting the tire on to the rim. Which should have been free because I bought the tire from Wal mart. Then they tried to make me pay $1.50 for a disposal fee for the old tire I had replaced. I specially requested before checking in that I would like to dispose of the old tire myself. So with this being said, it took another 30 - 45 minutes just to get a manager to grab the old tire I wanted to throw away. A manager came...and left, then I had to wait ANOTHER 10 minutes to have one of the employees from TLE to grab my tire for me. Also the lady who was helping me with all this had a terrible attitude. I have a job that requires a lot of customer service, so I understand, I get it. Maybe I caught her on a bad day...but that doesnt mean that I want to suffer through your bad attitude while Im trying to be helped.

Worst service experience ever. Went for a simple oil change and tire rotation. After 3 hours of the car sitting in the bay, was told they couldnt rotate the tires because they didnt have a 17mm socket. How are you going to operate a service center and not have a 17mm socket? Had to wait another hour for them to find "lost" paperwork before they would check me out. Spoke with a manager and was told "sorry, weve received alot of complaints about this particular department." If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Yes, my oil got changed but there is grease & oil all over the inside of my vehicle - seat, steering wheel, & inside of driver door. Very upset.
