I have two cars and a truck. One car and the truck calls for a tire rotation at every oil change. The technicians hate to rotate tires because they always come up with a off the wall reason they cannot do it. I have to find someplace else that does tire rotation. No need to come here for oil then someplace else for tire rotation. This is the fourth time in two years they could not do it.

Ive been coming here for a couple years. Yeah they try and up sell you, just like every one else out there, especially restaurants. Im a big boy and can say no. I do let them check all the stuff. I stand there and watch. Its not that I dont trust them I dont trust anyone as a rule and people do make mistakes. Overall if you use them for what they specialize in they do it well.

Im sitting in the lobby right now while my car is being serviced. The employees here are super friendly, great costomer service! Ive been here 10 minutes and Ill be done in 10 more. Not bad wait time at all!! Ill come again thats for sure because Ive never experienced employees at an express oil change establishment that actually act like they care and like their job.

Very expedited service. Maximum wait time is 25 minutes. Very friendly staff, and not too expensive. However; know what youre getting for your vehicle and stick with it, cause these people will try to sell you everything under the moon to get more money.

I dont understand why they cant vacuum during top-offs. Thats a big reason why I go to Jiffy lube. An its not like its a huge inconvenience for them.

Terrible experience. Went in for a simple antifreeze service and my car started leaking all the coolant. Do not take your car to this Jiffy Lube.

The crew here took really good care of my car. They even installed the hood shocks to hold the hood up and didnt charge me. They were awesome.
