I will not service my car at quicklane anymore, the first time I came in for an oil change the employee would not take my car in because they had a line of cars to service, he only took it after I went to the main dealership right next door and they called them to ask why they wouldnt take my car when they can give me a loaner and service it the following day and call me after they were done. I gave them a second chance but they forgot to put a cover back in the engine and when I asked about it, they said my car never had it, this is a brand new car... Take it to the dealership and call in for an appointment, it is worth the wait for a better service.

"Quick Lane", "Customer is our number 1 priority"??!! these are all BS and fraud. these people are some marketers that their sale department gives promises and sales plans after they got the money they forget their promises and even do not know what is customer service. I had appointment at 7:30 and my car was there whole day up to 5, what I got was a phone call that my car is not ready yet. and this was the second time this happened. the same scenario, the same apologies and of course the same mess for next time. Is there any negative point here? they even do not deserve half a star.

Took my car here for an oil change. Oil change was great. It was.... this is what is wrong with your car after the oil change that got me on fire. They tried telling me my car needed 2,000 dollars in repairs. After hearing that I declined all repairs and took my car to my mechanic in woodbridge who i have been going to for the last decade. They looked it over and told me that one thing on the list needed to be replaced. My guys in woodbridge did the repair at half the cost. Do not take your car here for repairs.......do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

What a great crew and service. I was very pleased with the way Quick Lane handled the issues that I was facing with my SUV. I had a lot of work that came up simultaneously and needed to be done. Quick Lane talked through the issues with me, took care of them, and then charged a great price for the work. Also, the staff member I dealt with, named Anthony S., was very knowledgeable and helped out any way he could. I would definitely take my SUV back to Quick Lane.

So I just dropped off my Edge for service. Reggie was extremely professional and helpful. He provided me a shuttle van to the metro and is even going to drop my vehicle down the road to the dealership for another service that I requested. Ill check back when the job is done, but so far, one of the most pleasant service experiences I have had in a while. I live in Maryland, but I bought at Ted Brit Fairfax and will return here for service. Thanks Reggie!

Went in for oil change and tire rotation. They advertise this price on website for 39.95 + fees. I was charged 86 for the same service because I used a 19.95 oil change coupon. So I just paid 70 for the tire rotation. Asked service advisor why I dont get the simple works package price, "we dont tell you about package, you have to tell me". Crazy. Nice customer service. Last time Ill bring car here.

I have been here several times since moving to the area, and have always been treated well by the staff. They are always up front with the cost and the work that they are performing on my vehicle, and have even waived fees for state inspections when it took them longer than expected. As long as I am in the area, they will remain my primary service center.

They do a great job without an appointment. had my all points inspection added an airconditioning and heating service for mold and pollen, changed my wiper blades and did my state inspection in one day. They also put my local sticker on for me no charge, and my service plan includes a great clean up of the car each time, so they did that as well.

My car had been leaking fluid and after being redirected here from Ted Britt Ford, I was impressed with how kind the treatment was here. They didnt try to sell me on too many extra items, and I was able to negotiate prices with them to some extent. They determined the problem, and ordered parts/fixed it in a reasonable time.

Quick Lane?? HAHA.. that must be a joke, they are far from Quick. They had my car for 9 hours and I received a call that my car is not ready. They even do not know what customer service mean. Worst service ever. They made me regret the deal I had with Ted Britt.

Let down by the customer service: When I asked about a price quote for tires, their response (with attitude) was, "were closing in 45 minutes." Maybe their price quotes are just really detailed, but needless to say, I left and they didnt get the sale.
