Given all of the things that happened, I cant honestly recommend going here. I had been here a long time ago and stopped going after they came under new ownership. I recently went back to them because of convenience, since I live down the street. I had to purchase new tires and they had a good deal on the ones I wanted, plus a mail-in rebate. Not to mention their lifetime rotation is enticing. After they installed the new tires, I noticed that they looked like they had been sitting outside in the mud for a while. The tread looked brand new, but the sidewalls looked dirty. This wasnt that big a deal, more just a cosmetic thing, so I let it go. I recommended to my fiancé that she should take her car there for an oil change. After we got back from picking up her car, we checked the oil and it was over filled. And not just a little. The oil level on the dipstick was at least an inch over the top line and this was after just driving across the street. We decided to take it back and make them redo it. We decided we wouldnt be going back to get oil changes again. A few weeks later, I decided to take my car in to have the tires rotated. After they were done rotating my tires, they told me that my right front strut was leaking oil and that I would need to replace them soon. It would be about $700. The person at the front desk also said that my clutch petal seemed like it was a little too high and that meant that I would probably need to replace my clutch soon. It all seemed like a bit much, but I figured I would just get it checked out at a later date. That was until I got home and noticed that the hood to my car had been opened and hadnt been closed properly so it was latched, but not closed all the way. At this point I started to wonder what they were doing under the hood of my car for a tire rotation. I decided to take my care in to the place near my work that has always been reliable to get a second opinion. They told me that there was nothing at all wrong with my struts. They said they went for a test drive, manually inspected them and even tried pushing the car down and up again to get something to show. I decided to ask them about the clutch thing. The tech there said that that was a flat out lie. He said that that might be true for older cars, because the clutch was a cable system, but newer cars worked using hydraulics for the clutch. He then described what it would feel like if my clutch was starting to go and none of the symptoms have even begun to appear on my car, which is a 2007 Toyota Matrix with only 140K miles on it. Needless to say, I will never bring another car back to this Mr. Tire location or any other Mr. Tire location for that matter. They do shoddy work and flat out lie about what work needs to be done. If I could have left zero stars, I would have.

Normally good (& expensive) but left me very disappointed with last service. Been here tons of times and in the past they did good but expensive service. This last time left me feeling pretty disappointed in their service. Had my car towed there to get my clutch fixed. Left my car and paid approximately $80 for looking at it. Thats fine. Other places do that. Took a few days to hear back from them. I had to keep calling. When they called was told Clutch Kit, Slave Cylinder and Flywheel all had to be replaced. Fine, its a 2009 car. Final cost they told me for parts and labor (If I decide to move forward) was $3900 plus Tax. ($2400 for Clutch kit, slave cylinder and flywheel & $1500 in labor costs). Well, told them that was too much and I didnt want to pay that. They were understanding, so I asked them to put my car out and I would have it towed to another garage. They agreed and sounded understanding. I show up the next morning and find my car was placed on some grass on the side slightly on a hill.. The Windows were all rolled down and my battery was dead. My car was out all night with the windows down and my battery (which I had also bought from them) was dead. I couldnt even turn the car on to roll up my windows. Opening manager seemed like a nice guy and helped me jumpstart the car so i could roll up the windows but now I was stuck with a flat battery that was useless. Manager said he suspected who did it but it sounded like a common occurrence. He said he would talk to them. Either way very disappointed.

Great service! I ordered some tires that they didnt have in stock, they took a long time to get there (2 weeks from Atlanta? Apparently thats how long UPS ground takes...) but George the manager kept me updated. It was a great deal on the tires so I opted to wait. I was dealt with on a Saturday by Jeff and Chloe and they were both very friendly and helpful to me and my 5 year old. Had a voucher for free wiper blades which they gave me along with internet discount on the tires and 25% off alignment ($75 for 4 wheel alignment is a pretty good deal). It took longer than they originally thought as a TPMS sensor snapped when they were doing a tire. It was 9 years old so probably ready to go, but Jeff replaced it free of charge as it broke as they were changing the tire. A great service from lovey people! Go there!

I went in to have my tires rotated and balanced, alignment, and front end inspected. The service manager is a good dude. He showed me the front rotors were worn and had a lip which he couldnt turn down without taking the rotor out of specification. Im unsure what that specification is so I took him at his word. Then he said my rear shoes were low. This is where it became a problem since they are only three weeks old. I had the entire rear brake assembly changed. They were not worn really at all. After asking about the price to do the front end he quoted parts and labor $450. That is a very normal rate across the country but entirely to high when I can do it myself. He did his best to get the job for $385, but I declined. The shop is clean and the staff is friendly.

I had a good experience when they sold me new tires 2 months ago. At that time I asked if I could go ahead and get my breaks taken care of and they told me I didnt need breaks and that my breaks were good. I don’t drive the car that often but I notice a shaking and took the car in to find out what was going on. They told me that - not only did I need new breaks but also rotors and shock absorbers!! The guy handed me a $2,456.79 total of situations that (supposedly) did not exist when I purchased the tires. The manager stood quietly in the back without any communication while I told the the guy that if they had changed my breaks 2 months ago I would not have this problem 2 months later. I have never had an experience like this in all my life. Be careful with these guys.
