I have been taking my cars to Absolute auto for 15 years. They are completely honest and will not sell you anything that doesnt need to be fixed. I just had a problem with my daughters car not starting. They determined that it was a loose ground wire, a cheap and easy fix. Many shops would have sold me an alternator or battery instead of the honest and inexpensive repair. Additionally my repairs have always always been done successfully and on time. Ive had them do body work on several occasions and it has always been excellent. I wouldnt take my cars anywhere else.

I think they do good body work. When I dont know what the problem is I feel comfortable their diagnosis is correct and the fix it right the first time. They are honest and have advised me to hold off on repairs. Once I brought my car in because it was having problems starting. When it started right up for them after several tries on different days, they admitted they could not find the problem rather than just do something so they could charge me. They are a little bit on the high cost side.

This is the 2nd time I have used them to make repairs to the body of my SUV....very pleased with the work they did. Their prices are better than other places that gave me quotes, customer service is good, and my car was ready when they said it would be. I would recommend them and I will use them in the future again when needed.

A very disappointing experience. They delivered sloppy, low-end work at mid-level prices. They made sloppy mistakes and refused to fix them unless I gave them more money. After ~$8,500, I will have to take my car to another shop before I can even drive it.
