Christi is such an awesome site manager. Shes always so polite and upfront with anything. I had an issue most recently with my unit due to weather and christi was right by myside helping me. As many questions as i asked no matter how many times i repeated the same question she always was calm and reassured me it would all be handled. She pulled through. I have never met anyone with such customer service as her and am very thankful to have her as my site manager. You ask me where to go i say go see christi at extra space!!!!! Thank you christi for everything

This place is so much better than other storage places.Called about a renting a spot they gave me all the info I needed over the phone,I showed up and the manger showed me where to park,then they took me inside and explained how it all works.Real smooth process and they have Cameras everywhere to see who is coming in and out of the gate.The whole place is also very clean and well kept.They go around on golf carts and check up on everybodys stuff daily .Ask for Christi,when you come,She was very knowledgeable,and answered all my questions.

Anybody can put their things in a storage unit but if you want awesome customer service and love the feeling you get when you see an old friend you havent seen in awhile just come by and see the lovely Kate! Shes so pleasant and sweet! Youll really appreciate the service especially after the stress of moving, packing and moving again. This is one bill youll be happy to pay on time!

Had this unit for almost 4 years. Had no issues in that time and the only reason I moved location is because we use it to store things for the company I work for and I moved which put me to far from unit. So I moved it for convenience. They were very accommodating with the needs of our company.

Excellent Customer service and the property is well maintained.I stored there for over a year and never had any issues with them. Only downside is that they unfortunately do not have any climate controlled units. other than that it is a great place with low rates I would recommend to anyone.

Highly recommend. Facility clean and well kept. Ashley was very professional and phenomenal in answering all of my questions and even gave me a follow-up call to address any additional concerns/questions. I am using this facility short-term, but would use again if I needed the storage.

Price and service was excellent. My only cripes are that insurance was required where at other storage facilities is was an option and no lights inside units. Christi was great!!!
