Our experience with Guaranty Self Storage was excellent from the first e-mail correspondance till we vacated our storage unit. We were very pleased with the efficient and friendly service, reasonable rates and professional staff. We received immediate support both on line and at the facility any time we needed and we could not have been more satisfied with the service. We moved in in the middle of the summer when it was very hot and humid. It was a very pleasant surprise to see them deliver water to us on regular intervals. Special thanks to Gentry DeSpain for his professional and friendly assistance every step of the way. Keep up the good work and thank you very much for a job very well done. We will happily recommend your Storage Facility to friends and family in the future.

First of all, Im not a reviewing kind of guy. Guaranty Self Storage , however, is worth the effort. Two days ago I rented a place from another storage company in the area, but quickly found I couldnt access it when I needed to. My kids dont go to bed till around 9, and thats when the other Storage Company closed. I guarantee I got a rental with more space, at a lower cost, and with drive-up access. At the other storage location I was paying for a 4th floor, indoor, more expensive, climate controlled, yet still extremely hot unit. Also, the staff at Guaranty extremely helpful and accommodating. This might sound like a paid for review but its not. Theyre that good.

Guaranty Self Storage, I would like to give a great review and positive feedback about one of your employees i worked with today. Doyle Talkington made the whole experience at Guaranty wonderful. Moving is not an easy experience but getting a storage unit through Doyle was a painless and rewarding experience. So i would like to thank Doyle for all his hard work today. The price is the best around, but that doesnt mean you get cheap service. You never feel like they are trying to take advantage of you or hit you with fine print, like some other places. The manager here is one of the nicest people Ive ever worked with. He even came out to offer me water one hot Saturday morning when I was loading and unloading stuff. They even provide the lock, which comes with three tubular-style keys. If they have any open units, dont bother looking anywhere else!

I have been renting a unit at this location for a year now and these guys could not be more accommodating. Ive been working with Gentry and Doyle over the last year, have made a couple adjustments decreasing / increasing my unit size and they have been extremely helpful every time. They always have a smile on their face, great attitude and are 100% customer focused to ensure a great experience every time.

Rented a unit from Guaranty Self Storage in Chantilly for about 5 months. Their facilities were spotless, security infrastructures properly in place, and the people that work there are really nice. Moving in and out was a cinch. Had no issues whatsoever and my experience there was nothing but good. If I ever need a storage unit again I wont go anywhere else but here.

This is the first time I have ever used a storage facility and I have had no issues what so ever. One thing I really like is that Gentry DeSpain is courteous in emailing your bill every month. This works for me because since I dont go to the storage often, I tend to forget that I have that bill!
