I have used Falmouth Self Storage numerous times while deployed to store possessions and/or vehicles. The facility is gated, clean, and professionally and personably managed by Ms. Susan and her husband. Ms. Susan is always present, extremely professional and flexible, and looks out for the customer ensuring that your belongings are well cared for. You can store there with confidence - have used it for the last two years while overseas in Africa, and previously while in Okinawa - never had an issue. Prompt, courteous, and professional service. My family and I will continue to use Falmouth Self Storage in the future when heading overseas.

This is the best storage facility I have ever used. It is clean and in a great location. there is nothing better than moving a ton of stuff in your new unit and then walking 5 feet away to get a drink at the 7/11. The management staff was excellent and I never had any issues. I once accidentally left my storage unit unlocked and I got a friendly reminder call to come and lock it up - that is top notch customer service. I even moved down to a smaller unit and management was able to find the smaller unit directly next to my old one. Again, I cannot understate how great a place this is to store your stuff.

This is a great storage facility. Its clean and well lit. The best part is the on site manager, Susan. I was welcomed with kind words and much patience as I locked myself out of my unit. She was terrific. The contract was simple and easy to understand and the price I paid for my unit was very reasonable. When it was time to clear out my unit everything was easy and there were no complications. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing one and will use it again in the future.

I went to Falmouth Self Storage because out of all the local storage places they were the most friendly, truthful, and affordable. Susan is awesome and the facility is always clean and secure. I really liked that they did do not have any hidden fees like some of the other places, the price is what it is, no surprises. I came from California, and this was a great storage experience for first time to VA, I highly recommend it! Give it a shot and visit it, you wont be disappointed!

Ive been using Falmouth Self Storage for over two years. The facility is always immaculate and the on-site manager always a presence. The location is exceptionally convenient and accessible to both Route 1 and I-95. Its no problem to get to and into the facility in any size moving vehicle. The monthly statements come like clockwork. Id recommend Falmouth Self Storage to anyone looking for a safe, clean and secure place to store their valuables near or long term.

We have used Falmouth Self Storage for two years. The facility is gated, clean, and professionally managed by Susan B. We had a 35 foot Class A motorhome stored there for a year and kept most of our tools and equipment there for another year after that. The facility was well lit as we visited after dark on many occasions, and very secure. Friendliest storage facility in town, and you can’t beat the prices. We highly recommend!
