EXCELLENT experience!! My family and I were greeted by Jennifer Nelson, the Assistant Store Manager, the first weekend the spaces were available. She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Jennifer answered our many questions and allowed us to experience the various size offerings of the units to be certain we chose the best for our familys current needs. In addition, Jennifer provided a thorough mini-lesson and testing of the special locks for the unit once we selected one. Finally, she carefully walked us through the contract, billing, hours of operation, amenities, and the final tour of the grounds. We highly recommend this convenient and caring site for any and all of your storage needs!

The after hours weekends online chat and online reservation process was excellent. I made a reservation but still price shipped on Monday. Couldnt find a better price or promotional offers anywhere. I arrived on site and the manager, PaSai, provided excellent service. The entirely electronic reservation progress was fast and painless. The new, state-of-the-art facility was clean, bright, temperate, and very secure. Im looking forward to my time here. Well... my stuffs time here!

This is a new location for Extra Space Storage and I was very impressed at how welcoming they were and how clean the facility was. Jen and David took the time to make sure I had the correct size unit and that I knew how to work the locks and open and shut the pull down door. I knew this was the first day they were open and was wondering how that would go. They really had their act together. Well done. I am glad I waited until they opened.

Amazing customer service and great prices! The Extra Space Storage units were all very clean and new. The prices are unbeatable. The store manager, PaSai, was very nice and answered all our questions. He gave us great advice on what size unit to get and the best way to move our items into the unit.
