Took two computer for them to fix! Couldnt fix one hard drive was gone but they were able to get all my pictures music and documents! They transferred it to my updated computer which is now windows 10. Super honest guys! Great deal! Recommend them to family and friends! Oh and they are super fast about fixing my computers!
