I am writing this letter as a humble note of appreciation for the outstanding customer service that you provided to me on November 22, 2015 at Q- Computer in Sterling Va. I was unable to turn on my laptop. Because I had a project with a deadline due the following week and the data was stored on my laptop, I first took it to Greek Squat (Best Buy) on November 21, 2015 and they were unable to resolve the issue. I was able to contact you that same Saturday after 6:00 pm. You told me that I could bring the computer that night, and I decided to wait until Sunday morning. I truly appreciated that you backed my data from my laptop to an external hard drive that Sunday. Wow, that saved me so many worries and was able to complete my project before the deadline. After you diagnosed the issue to be a bad PCB card on the motherboard and ordered/replace the part, I’m happy to report that my Asus Q320LA is running like a new computer. I have already recommended your prompt service to my friends. Great service makes your customers feel that you care about developing a long-term relationship that means more than just making a sale. I would continue to recommend Q- Computer Repair to anyone who needs any type of computer repair service in the future. Keep up the good work. Anthony

I wanted to add wireless printing capability to my newest laptop. I got info from HP but being in the older generation could not figure it out. I also had a dll problem that was ongoing for quite a few months that needed addressing. This tech fixed both of my problems plus a virus on my wifes laptop. The technician was very professional and pleasant and explained to a nosy oldster what he was doing. I would highly recommend this tech to anyone young or old. The techs demeanor and professionalism is the way it is supposed to be. In this day and age it is good to find someone who knows what he is doing and cares. Bill

EXTREMELY FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AFFORDABLE I was just visiting Leesburg when my computer got a terrible virus. I called another company and recieved a quote just over 3 times as much as Q Computer Repair. My laptop is now fixed and Q Computer Repair did not give up until they were able to recover all my data and save my computer! I had a capacity issue on my computer and wanted to add a hard drive to my Macbook Air. I took it to Apple, but they asked me to check with Best Buy or other vendors. Q computer was able to help me with my hard drive upgrade very quickly and to my satisfaction. Another time I contracted a Safari browser virus issue and it was freezing up my computer frequently. I took it to them, and they quickly took care of it, I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I always had computer problems and when i take my laptop to computer repair shops.Instead of fixing what is actually wrong with it they would tell me other stuff that i know nothing about so they can make more money.But Q computer was the opposite they fixed the problem i had soo fast that i thought i have to wait weeks and weeks to get my laptop back.Shaah was great i never met someone like him .Best customer service ever ..Thank you Shaah

I woke up to no power going into my computer.(power surge the night before) I called Q Computer, Mr. Shah, said he was able to look at computer same day. Within 2 hrs I received a call from him stating that computer could be fixed. I picked up my computer in a couple hours. The charge for repair was reasonable. I would not hesitate to refer Q Computer to anyone and would use again for mycomputer needs..
