My name is Natalie, I recently located to New York from California. Technology for my personal and professional life is a must with my laptop!! I felt my hard drive was crashing and was hoping it was not the problem truly. I came from high line auto sales in California, my job was to take the fear, and nervousness out of my clients mind to ensure an excellent experience and to have further faith in my entire staff of their new vehicle purchase and everything was positive..SO I heard about Notebook Tek, I called and the staff member Wesley and Rich and the entire team I felt so calm and I was going to be in good hands with their kind, professional reassuring ways of assisting me with my computer "scary problem", :( They invited me into their establishment same morning, after less than 30 minutes they had found the source of my problem. It was my hard drive, Rich, Wesley and entire staff worked as a team to explain what I had as far as product that failed me and what their plan was to get me back on track that day!! The lobby was packed of clients, all very happy with their experiences there after numerous superb experiences. Students to older clients seeking email assistance and the locals buying great computers they have their on site. My costs were so reasonable for my repair installing the latest software as needed that I had ~~~:)))))) The staff ALWAYS made me feel that my computer needs were urgent and important. Excellent friendly service, Professionally so knowledgeable on all aspects of almost all computers and my cell phone updates, Very calm and IMPORTANT on time and pricing thats outstanding to any consumer thats repairing electronics. I am SOLD ON NOTEBOOK TEK now and future~ My computer is working like new and I am so happy to say, this establishment is a 10+! Thank you guys for another happy customer ...... Natalie ~ :)

Years ago, I bought an HP laptop from a tiny computer business in Avon called PC Pitstop. That computer lasted me for years through very heavy use. The case cracked, so I ducktaped it...it kept on working. Finally, the time came for me to replace my computer, so I decided to go back to the same people. PC Pitstop is now Notebook Tek in Geneseo, so that was the first place I headed. Rich, the sales guy, was extremely knowledgeable, and his recommendations were spot on. I bought my computer, and was happy... For a while. I took the computer home and it started freezing. Then it blue-screened on me. I didnt know what was going on and I was pretty unhappy that my brand new computer wasnt working. So I dropped it off to get it looked at. Rich was gracious and amazing, and even though they could not replicate the crash I had experienced, they decided to take care of me and swap out my machine. I took my machine home...it froze again! So this time I went in and sat with Rich, trying to replicate the crash. I could not, leading me to realize that the problem was with my home network, not the computer. Through this whole frustrating ordeal, Rich and the other people at Notebook Tek were supportive and helpful. They were gracious and polite, and their level of customer service went FAR above and beyond what was necessary. I highly recommend these people; I will buy from them again in the future and recommend my friends and family buy from them too. They are a solid computer shop that stands behind their good work. They take care of their customers; no big box store could possibly beat them either in price or in quality of service.

A little disappointed so far... I called them last week, Tuesday, the day after I cracked my phone and asked them if they could replace the screen on my Samsung Galaxy S6 edge. They said that they could, but that they were backed up and asked me to bring in my phone Monday. I was there as soon as they opened because I had to be to work an hour later and I do not live in Geneseo. Was told that they had to special order the part, my first thought.. Why wasnt this special ordered when I called? I was never given an estimate to how long the part was gonna take to come in when I visited. They had a line and Im not one to make a fuss, so I smiled and filled out the required paperwork. 2 days later I have yet to hear a word, and the more I think about it the more upset I become. Yet, I am hopeful that once the part comes in itll be a better experience. ***Update: Once communication was opened up, I was able to get my phone fixed. Rich was thoughtful and thorough. They were happy to work around my schedule. I appreciate and respect their cooperation. Will happily recommend them to friends and return again myself. Thank you all for the quick work! =)

On 12/23/16 I had my iPhone screen replaced..... Great price and service. It only took the technician 20 minutes! Totally awesome because I had so many last minute things to do before Christmas!!! I knew that it could have been an hour and then to have the phone screen fixed within 20 minutes I was floored! Professional customer service and will be referring friends and family to this awesome shop! Thank you notebook tech........ PS. I also had tempered glass put in so if the screen cracks again it will only cost me 3 bucks to get a new screen on! (Total was under 100 $) I have ceramic tile I. Entry ways and in my kitchen and it does a number on screens when u drop them!).

I am a techy dum-dum,so when something goes wrong with my phone or tablet I panic. Ive had to find new tech ppl since I moved to Avon 2 months ago, bcuz I dont want to travel an hour + back to Seneca falls to have someone fix whatever has gone wrong. I was sent to Notebook Tek to have them look at my phone. As always I was skeptical,but not only did they find the problem,they fixed it in less than 2 hours and it was quite inexpensive. Im so happy with their service I have designated them as my new techy to go to friends. Not only do they know their stuff theyre friendly and polite too. Rich helped me big time! Thank you Notebook Tek.

My daughter recently cracked her iPad, i tried going to our local store but they gave me such a run around about fixing it. Then a good friend reminded me of this place in Geneseo that fixes them. so i gave them a call today and they told me to come down as soon as i could and they could help me out. About and hour and half later my daughter iPad was great as new. The wonderful people at notebook Tek were so helpful and very friendly, and are willing to go above and beyond for anyone. Please let them be the first people you call when you need help with all your computer and phone needs.

My Asus G60 started acting up and becoming very slow, eventually becoming unable to function. I brought my computer to Notebook Tek in Geneseo and within no time had it back and running. I just stopped in and immediately got taken care of. I figured it would take over a week to get it worked on, but I got a call much sooner then I thought, and got charged much less then I was expecting. The technicians there seemed genuinely concerned for me to get my computer back in shape before school started. I am very thankful for their help. I recommend them to anyone.
