UPDATE on this review 12/9/14: The store manager, Samantha, called me today and wanted to know the version of the story, she apologized and told me that what happened was uncalled for, and refunded me $40 back of the $95 I paid. She also offered to refix the PS3 for free, but I have already fix it. Glad to know that at least there is someone in that store who cares about their customers. My husband took our PS3 to fix at CPR at the beginning of Nov, 2014 they charged us $95 for the repair and told us it will take three days to fix. They returned it back, supposedly fixed, the next day. I remember asking the sales associate at the counter before I picked up the repaired system if they offer any type of warranty on their work. He told me that because it was not a system repair but just a “tune up” or “reflow” as they call it, that there was absolutely no guarantees offered on the work they just performed. He then proceeded to tell me that if something went wrong anytime soon, to bring it back and they will re-take a look at it. If I knew there were absolutely no guarantees on their work, I would have never left the system there to fix. I reluctantly picked up my PS3 and left the store with it supposedly fixed. LESS THAN A MONTH later, December 6th, 2014 the system died on me again unexpectedly. It was having the exact same problem as before I took it to CPR. The red light of death came on, and the system will not stay on. I called CPR, talked to a guy name Matt on the phone, told him it will not stay on and that there was Red Box disc inside of it, I needed out ASAP. Matt told me to bring it over that they would look at it. I drove for 45 minutes, got to the store and asked the associate behind the counter if he was Matt, he said not but that he could help me. I explained the situation, and he immediately proceeded to tell me that there were no guarantees on the work, and that if I wanted it fix again, I will have to pay another fee. I told him that was ridiculous, that why should I pay again for something I had repaired with them less than a month ago. I asked him if instead they could just pop the blue ray disc that was stuck on it. He proceeded to tell me that for them to do that, there was a charge of $55, UNBELIEVABLE!! Charge me $55 for something that took 15 minutes to do myself after watching a youtube video. I asked where the manager was, and he told me she was not at the store, that she will be in the next day. Wow, a store operating without a manager on duty, shows great customer service right there. I did not want to keep arguing so I just went ahead and left the store. When I was getting ready to leave in my car, another store employee, with shoulder-long black hair and scruffy beard and mustache, came out of the store with a blank form, and said that was their contract, and every customer signs it before they have work performed by them. It was just, a piece of paper saying that they do not guarantee any work they consider just a “tune up.” I was pretty mad at this point so I raised my voice and told him that I did not sign that piece of paper, and I would have never left t my system for repair there if I knew there were no guarantees on it. He yelled back at me and told me not to raise my voice at him. I told him what a rip off their company is and that the fix they supposedly did on the PS3, lasted less than a month. At that point he yelled back “F%$# you! and walked back inside the store. WOW not only a RIP OFF when it comes to “fixing” video game systems but also HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE.

UPDATE: in response to the owner , iam not certain who i chatted with when I called and asked about my s7 edge screen being replaced but I will tell you that what you just said to me in your response would make sense, however i spent about 2 mins on the phone with a Rep. Who i smiply asked how much to replace the screen and ill tell you that your response to my review was nothing that was told to me by the Rep. at all. While I have you let me just ask why you wont just replace the only part I need fixed ? Are you not a cell phone repair shop? You said you dont offer just a glass replacement , when in fact thats all I know I need! Seems your not an all inclusive cell phone repair shop. It makes no sense for me to have to spend 379.00 with you when a glass replacement can be done , not once did I ask for anything more. As you wish I will delete my original review but this did not change my feelings about your establishment and the lack of communication with your representatives who did not give any such response as you gave. Thank you for clarifying as I was heated to think that you would do that to the public.

I had my shattered screen repaired, I could tell the new screen fit was "tight" it was ultrasensitive on one side, not in square on the other. When I pressed down (normal pressure) in the corner where it was uneven the screen cracked. I took the phone back in and the warranty was quoted to me over and over again and that it was voided because I had "new damage." They offered me a 15% discount to fix it again... I just spent $125 fixed and it in my opinion it was not fixed properly. Robbery. My fault, took a risk getting it repaired, didnt realize how high the risk was because workmanship would be poor and approach to service worse. Had they done the right thing and corrected, I would have been a big supporter. Disappointed. - AS A RESPONSE TO THE OWNER COMMENT BELOW - I did bring it in immediately, I am not expecting insurance, but the screen was not put on correctly and it cracked from normal pressure on the screen, not a drop, bang or other.

First, the good. The job was a rear camera and lens replacement on my wifes Samsung phone. It was done right, they did a great job, and my wife is happy with it. 80 something dollars for the whole thing and that seemed reasonable to us. Now the bad: after the parts arrived in the store I got a call from Parker asking when Id like to come have the fix done. I told him I would come the next day at 4 p.m., and he said that would be "perfect". So I showed up at 4 p.m. the next day and got turned away cause the right technician for the job wasnt scheduled to work that day. He told me to come back two days later and seemed to have no memory of our conversation the previous day. Im willing to cut anyone some slack but it was a little irritating driving all the way across town for that. So make sure to call and make an appointment so theyre ready for you. Overall, really happy with the work done. Camera is as good as new and I would recommend CPR.
