Managing a real estate office is no easy task. When the internet goes out, it can become a very bad day quickly – especially when there are 30+ agents and staff depending on internet access to get their transactions completed. Truly, it is their livelihood. I cannot express nearly enough gratitude to Ricky Schwisow for coming to our rescue in record time, diagnosing the issue immediately, reaching out to their various offices and searching for the needed part to replace our burning switch. After discovering it may be the next day before installation was possible, Ricky made sure we had some method of internet access before he left. He re-routed our wireless APs to the modem and gave our entire office INTERNET (though slower) to our entire office. Ricky didn’t stop there. He made sure we had printing capability as well and sorted their various lines so that we could continue to “function” with our day-to-day business. The business concept of “under promise” and “over deliver” is fully utilized with this company. Ricky arrived before close of business the same day and had our new switch installed within 20 minutes. Of course, there are always issues that arise with the installation of new equipment. For some reason, the server thought there was a new network so we were not able to access our private drive because of a password issue. With one quick telephone call just before 5 pm to Bobby Jefferson of Computer Warriors, we were able to establish a plan for the next morning. Bobby arrived at the exact time he promised and had us up and running within 10 minutes. I’m writing this testimonial not only to share what wonderful and caring technicians employed by Computer Warriors but also to share that they work as a team. Bobby knew everything that Ricky had done at our office. The communication and skills of this company are so very appreciated. The personalities of both men are a bonus. I would also like to thank Brian Satz (Company President) for maintaining such a wonderful business model. I found the Computer Warriors by chance, I didn’t expect much when I did a google search for tech support in Wilmington, NC but I saw their website and crossed my fingers and gave them a call. We are a small company that conducts all of our business via the internet and have had a very difficult time finding a trustworthy IT Support company that delivers what they promise. We were having issues that had our business at a complete standstill and Brian (the owner) came to our office the same day for an interview and we hired him on the spot. What was just to be a 10 minute interview turned into a two hour troubleshooting session. He recognized our needs immediately and got us back to work and did not seem put off by the fact that he was here much longer than he planned to be. He also never stopped to question us about paying him; I brought up the fact that he would most definitely be invoicing us for his work. He offered us several new options to alleviate the issues we had been having and we are now running much more efficiently than we were. I feel confident in saying that Brian and his team are extremely knowledgeable and, most importantly to us, they are reliable and conduct themselves professionally. We have since had them to the office a couple of times to set up new equipment and they are consistent in the quality of service they provide. These guys did a great job and really stand behind their work! I had an old iPhone 6 that needed a screen repair done. They were able to get it done within an hour and I was up and running in no time. Turned out the proximity sensor wasnt working, so I took it back and they were able to start working on it immediately. Unfortunately while they were trying to fix it, the screen stopped working completely. Something on the motherboard broke that they rarely see happen. The manager was super apologetic and did everything he could to salvage my backup and try to get my phone to work. After he exhausted all his options they replaced my phone at no cost to me. While it was frustrating to have to replace my phone, these guys went above and beyond to make it right. They explained it all so I could understand it and made sure I was taken care of. The turn around time to get the new phone was like 2 days. Definitely wouldnt have gotten service like that at a big box store. Will definitely use them again for phone repairs!

Well, we got off to a rough start but it worked out after the manager got involved. I picked up some malware that locked up my MacBook Pro. I paid Computer Warriors $175 to clean up my computer. They ran software to eliminate the virus and sent me home with a very buggy computer. I took it back and none of my problems were resolved. On top of that, they deleted my password manager program. We had discussed this as a potential source of the virus but I was told they wouldnt delete it until I had a chance to get my passwords. In spite of that discussion, my password manager was gone. When I posted an unfavorable review the manager reached out to me immediately. She spent 2.5 hours (!) with me working on my laptop, iPhone and iPad setting up a new password manager. Then she got a different tech to spend several hours going through my laptop to deal with the bugs in the system. They went to A LOT of trouble to get my computers up and running. I really appreciate it!

I am truly lucky to have found Computer Warriors! I work in an office that has many computer operators (some knowledgeable, some claiming they know and some that should not touch a computer). Well, thanks to Brian, Chris and Matt our computers run smoothly everyday. If there is a problem, trust me i will let Brian know immediately. My computer needs to be fast and keep up with me and if it doesnt i yell out to Brian and he jumps right in and finds the problem. Because he is so brilliant at what he does it rubs off on to me to so i am learning a lot along the way. Remote access is so cool and cuts the waiting out for someone to show up. Since everything is working well at the office, i now have his company taking care of my home computer, daughters and got him to my parents! You would be very smart reaching out for Computer Warriors help when you need it. I love Brian and am glad he is there to help! and of course his well trained associates!!

Ive had a problem for more than four weeks trying to figure out how to get my Windows 7 backup dvds and the important info contained within loaded onto my new computer with Windows 8.1. My old computer crashed and the hard drive had errors so couldnt access it. After trying to figure out how to do it..online...emailed other local techs (no answers) and going to BEST BUY techs, I finally found these marvelous folks. They took my old hard drive with program errors and accessed the info I needed and transferred it on to my new Win 8.1 computer. They were such a pleasure to deal with and for a very nominal amount (I was pleasingly surprised) solved my problem. If you EVER have any problems with your computer or other devices that they advertise they work on, DO take it to these folks on Eastwood Rd. I cant vouch for their other branches but this one was super!! Wish I had found you four weeks ago! THANKYOU SO MUCH COMPUTER WARRIORS!
