I was very stressed this morning because my computer had run out of power and the universal computer adapter that I bought from Best Buy in Manassas less than 4 months ago -- and paid more than $100 for -- was not recharging my laptop battery. I had work that needed to get done and deadlines to meet and I was at a standstill because my laptop computer wasnt working. I feared the problem might be the battery - which would be an even more costly fix. I took the computer to Dok Klaus. Thank goodness he was open on Saturday afternoon! He and his wife, Virginia were both there, personally staffing their Old Town Warrenton office. They were very friendly and immediately helped me diagnose the problem. Klaus was able to determine within minutes that the problem was with the adapter - not the battery; and thank goodness, he had just the right adapter available to purchase. Not only did he have one available, but a higher quality adapter than the one Best Buy sold me - and at half the price! I tend to assume that local independent stores are always more expensive than the Big Box retailers, but Dok Klaus was actually more reasonably priced - -and much more convenient than driving to Manassas! I recommend Dok Klaus Computer Care and will definitely use them for my future PC repair needs. Oh, and one more thing - if you have purchased the Warrenton City MasterKey, you can use it at Dok Klaus and save 10% too! Yvonne Herbst

We brought my wifes laptop in to have Outlook and Exchange Server configured after trying for weeks to fix it ourselves. I was convinced this thing was NEVER going to work. Dok and Mark spent five and a half hours (!) on Saturday, half of Saturday night and then came back into the shop to deliver us the completely fixed and perfectly working laptop on Sunday night at 7:30pm. Nobody provides service like this any more but everyone should. These guys are great.

Dok Klaus Computer Care is an essential partner for our companys computer and IT needs. They answer the phone, are courteous, and approach our issues with genuine care. They epitomize the quality service that one expects from a family owned local business. My problems are their problems, period. The pricing is very fair for the level of service and expertise they provide. Never had a problem in 6-7 years of working with the team at Dok Klaus.

I just wanted to pass along the great experience I had with Dok Klaus. I brought my laptop with a broken hard disk to his office at 6:30pm Friday, the day after Thanksgiving, and he had it fixed for me at 9am Saturday morning. Plus the cost was very reasonable. I can’t say enough nice things about the work he did for me – it was a real life saver!

I called him for a hard drive cable. He returned my call to tell me he had it so I told him I would be by soon to get it. I lost track of time and he called back before he closed to remind me he was closing soon. I got my cable and he also gave me advice on installing the HD since I was having some issues.
