I have never received as poor customer service as i did at Enright PC. Here are four reasons not to go there. 1. My computer wasnt repaired for a full three weeks. I was specifically told by the younger owner (i forgot his name) that my computer would be ready within five to seven days. 2. they lost the power cord to my computer. 3. My computer repair work done was pretty mediocre. nothing special. 4. A week and a half after I dropped off the computer i received a call from the younger owner. He told me that there was not a virus on my computer and that it wasnt working becaused it was bogged down with too many programs. I told him, "So, my computer had windows popping up one after the other saying that this and that was infected with a virus and then the computer shut down without me being able to turn it back on, and you dont think that theres a virus on my computer? Why would my security software be freaking out and telling me that viruses were scurring around my hard drive if there wasnt a virus in there?" "Well sir, ill run some more tests, but i dont think theres a virus." I had already told this guy that there was a virus on there when i first dropped off the computer. I had to tell him that there was a virus on two different occassions just for this guy to take the right steps to find out that there was a virus. Lo and behold, after running more diagnostics at my insistance he found out that there were multiple viruses on the computer. wow, what a suprise. So I went to enright pc to pick up my computer. I tried to be polite, and I told the seceretary that i thought we deserved some type of discount because of all the issues that i listed previously. Not only was she unexplainably rude and defensive, the owner steve came out and was openly belligerent towards my girlfriend and I. He got up in our faces and yelled at us. He put on a big show for everyone, but when it came to conveying any type of coherent defense or explanation for his point of view, he had nil. Every time he made a claim, i explained to him how he was either wrong, or how his reasoning was faulty. He acted like a little dictator and treated neither me, nor my girlfriend with any respect. Not only did he and his partner refuse to recognize any mistakes on their part, he literally tried to tell us that the predicament was somehow our fault. It was when he tried to do this that he realized how big of a fool he was making of himself and literally stormed out of the room in a huff, vein in his forhead popping out an all. These people were unbelievable. I was blown away by how these people could 1. Make so many mistakes 2. refuse to acknowledge the mistakes in any way 3. try to convince me that their neglect was somehow my fault. I have never been treated as poorly as i was at Enright PC. I thought i deserved some type of nominal discount. I didnt want anything huge. I would have been perfectly satisfied with five or ten dollars off. Out of $130 i figured that wasnt that big of a deal. They treated me like trash. i dont understand it. theyre a small business depedent on referrals. Acting in this way is just shooting themselves in the foot. I was prepared to look past the mistakes they made if they would have simply acknowledged their mistakes and offered to make up for it in any minimal type of way. NOT ONLY DID THEY NOT GIVE ANY TYPE OF DISCOUNT, THEY NEVER EVEN APOLOGIZED FOR ANYTHING; not for taking three times as long to fix my computer as they told me; not for loosing my coord; and not for failing to believe that there was a virus on my computer. The whole episode makes me angry just thinking about. In sum, save yourself from having to deal with insulting customer service and mediocre computer repair work and go somewhere else.

Had a very bad experience--twice! Will not return. Here is what happened: I chose them because since the owner has a radio show that they would be knowledgeable and a good bet--but I was wrong. I dropped off my slow, non performing laptop and was told it would take 2-3 days. Instead, it took a week, was charged over $100, and the problem was NOT fixed. (All they did was run various malware programs). Foolishly, I gave them another chance a year later when I had similar problems with another laptop--the exact same thing happened! Last week I called the owner to ask to talk about it and express my dissatisfaction--no answer. Called again two days later politely asking to speak to owner--still no return call. So--I will NOT make this mistake a third time!

They were able to quickly diagnose my computer issue as in need of a new Video Card. They got me loaded with a new one and I was all set. After getting home I realized the card they put in was not strong enough to manage some games I had. No problem! I called back and they took the time to research the card I would need, ordered it, got me back in there when it came in, and at no charge other than the higher cost of the better card they got me loaded up with the card I needed. Computer now runs perfect. Eveyone there was extremely nice, very competent, friendly and easy to work with and made me feel valued as a customer. If I ever have any computer problems in the future I will absolutle return here. Excellent business, I HIGHLY recommend them!

In response it RB: We do our best to estimate the time for you depending on the emergencies we have that week. It usually is between 2-3 Business days. If it is a time sensitive issue we have rush service and can usually get systems back within a day. We did call you back I believe that Monday and left you a message to try and resolve this for you. Thanks guys! Best in the business. Ive been to a lot of other places but these guys are the best. Quick and affordable and done right. You will continue to get my business in the future. Update: Brought my laptop in for an error I was getting. They did an excellent job getting rid of the error and explaining to me what had happened! Thanks again!

I have been a customer of Enright & Deiure PC for eight years now and have never had an issue. The owners, Dave and Dan, are always helpful and provide great service. Their Office Manager, Samantha, is always a delight when I come in. I will always and continue to promote this wonderful small business.

the computer had child porn on it and the computer was turned over to the FBI. I have done business at Enright for more than 10 years and have found them to be the most reputable and honest people around.
