Took an iPad here for cracked screen repair once. The single worst experience of my life. They couldnt do an adequate repair after nearly a month of trying - more than once - and literally told me to just "come and pick the fn thing up". Im not kidding at all. Complete f-bomb used on a customer. If you cant provide a service, dont offer it. After leaving a deservedly negative Facebook review for them, Richard, the owner, called me to apologize by phone and promised to stop offering iPad screen repairs in order to get me to remove the negative Facebook review. He said he couldnt risk his business reputation on them. Today, I noticed they still promote these iPad repair services. Be very careful who you choose to repair your phone or tablet. Im sure they can attempt a virus removal or swap a hard drive but if your screen cracks on a device, go elsewhere.

I took in a completely shattered iphone 6. They did a complete and flawless repair in like ten minutes. Been using the phone all day and night and it is perfect. Best price around, thanks guys. Good customer service and did an awesome job on installation. Blows my mind with these other reviews considering the service I received.

i am a very dissatisfied customer and will never use their services again. i was deceived and then lied to. when trying to come up with a solution, they wouldnt talk much about it, would just turn and walk in the back room. i cannot recommend them at all and would avoid them at all cost!

A lot cheaper then other places. I lost my free version of W10 due to new hard drive and they offered for me to bring laptop back in and he would put it back on. Very nice employees. Thank you!
