I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to CJ Computer Repair Services of Raleigh, NC for their outstanding services. I was in the Raleigh, NC area visiting family during the 2017 Fathers Day weekend, I walked away from my computer and inadvertently forgot to lock it, within a couple of minutes someone at my relatives home decided to do evil by Bit Locking my computer/hard drive. No one there was honest to tell the truth. I became very frustrated because I had some very important work to do after dinner. I could not get into my computer, however, I used my cell phone to locate a computer service company to assist me. I found CJ Computer Service Company and contacted them explaining the issue I was faced with, and within minutes I received a call from Mr. Flood who was so customer oriented, he promised to call me back, and he did. Mr. Flood located me and worked tirelessly to get me back into my computer. I am so grateful for his service and expertise. Who are you going to find In these days and times and especially on Fathers Day that will make the sacrifice and leave their family to offer such service? CJ literally saved my life this week. My computer stopped working due to a default in a systems update and I could just envision all of my data being lost forever. I called CJ first thing the next morning and by lunchtime he picked up my computer and told me he could have it back to me within 48hours. Throughout the entire time he had my computer, he sent me updates and truly made me feel at ease (definitely not the kind of service one would receive at a big chain). CJ promptly returned my computer and was able to save everything on there. If any of my colleagues or friends are ever experiencing computer technical problems, I konw who Im sending them to! I am SO thrilled with the service that I received from CJ. My laptop computer has a ton of important data on it. It was "attacked" by a virus and I was absolutely panicked. The data was vital to my business so I found CJ and he got everything back for me, cleared out whatever virus it was and installed anti-virus software. I could not be more pleased and he is incredibly nice as well. Great job and if I ever need computer help, hes my first call. He even picked it up and returned it, all for a very reasonable price. The other company I called wanted twice as much and for me to ship it to them.

Chris installed my wifi on our new computer. Needless to say he did a great job, not only that, but when he came over to hook up the wifi, my husband and I failed to mention to him that we had also bought a brand new wireless printer and did not know how to hook up. Great service. I purchased a new PC and wanted some help in getting it configured and factory installed ads removed. CJ did a great job. Communications were great and he showed up when he said he would. He actually took my PC to his house to complete because my DLS line was too slow to efficiently install software. He promptly returned the PC early the next morning.

Chris Rocks! After tinkering with my computer for several weeks I called Chris and he came out and within days got my computer back up and running again. His prices are great, he obviously knows his stuff and I would recommend him to anybody having computer issues. Forget the Geeks...get Chris!
