I had a Lenovo tablet that essentially just died. I took it to Roz Hi-Tech to see if he could do anything to fix it. Frankly, I didnt think it would work but thought Id give it a shot. He called back and said it was a motherboard issue. He could order a new one or try to fix the current one, fixing it would be cheaper. I had him go ahead and try and to my surprise, when I got it back, it worked perfectly. Very Pleased with my experience and would highly recommend him. Was very forthcoming about what he thought the problem was and gave me choses the cheapest to the most expensive ways to fix the problem. Very pleased with the work.

Wonderful place, run by a wonderful man! I first patronized Roz Hi-Tech three years ago for a problem with my old MacBook (handed down from my college-aged daughter), and I have returned repeatedly ever since, buying used Macs from the owner (Osman) for my 16-year-old niece as well as my 92-year-old mother. Osman has been amazing, fixing everything quickly and inexpensively, including the broken screen on my nieces IPhone. He set up a desktop Mac to work as simply as possible for my mother, given her lack of computer experience. Hes extremely honest. I truly consider him a friend after all these opportunities to get to know him better.

I have utilized Roz for a couple of years now. Overall my experiences has been great! I never revisit for the same issues on any of my devices (computers, phones, etc.). The longest Ive waited to retrieve my devices is two weeks because parts had to be ordered and shipped. Customer service is awesome and he even takes time to educate me on certain issues. I highly recommend his service and have already referred many college students to him. Im sad to leave the area because I no longer will have easy access to this amazing IT. GO ROZ!

I have never been here, but ROZ has been posting ads for personal computers in the pc parts section of craigslist and its super annoying. Honestly, I get the need to advertise, but at lease put your stuff in the right section. Even better, put it under for sale by dealer. Its deceptive and easy to filter out. If someone was looking for a pc they would know youre a dealer and not some random person, so it makes sense.
