This was one of the least professional experiences Ive had with a business. In short, they dont answer the phone, often arent in during their stated business hours, dont return phone calls, seem to know little about computers, and dont have things done when they say they will. In more detail: My computer wasnt charging, so I made an appointment and because of my schedule, my husband took it in. When he did, the guy at the desk took a look at it, opened it up, said (at a glance) that he thought maybe it needed a new jack, and asked my husband if he thought it "looked right." Isnt that his job? So he decided to order a new part, without bothering to check the computer battery or test it on a different charger. We were told that the piece would arrive the following Monday. On Monday, we tried calling and stopping by the store, and no one ever answered the phone or was at the shop. They never contacted us. Finally, late in the evening my husband got hold of someone who said the part arrived late and hed do it the next day. Fine, alright. Next day: turns out the piece wasnt the problem, so we needed to delay another day until he could bring in the right charger. Which he still hadnt tested. He told my husband to call in the morning. I attempted to call twice that evening to set a specific time and got no answer. We went over fifteen minutes after the shop was supposed to open and found no one there. Called, no answer. Two hours later I went back and still found no one there. I called three more times throughout the day and got no response. I emailed, no response. Finally, later in the afternoon, we went back to the shop and found the door unlocked. My laptop was there (out on the front counter, in the empty front room). I could have easily stolen it. When an employee came out, he told me (again) that we needed to try a different charger - something he was theoretically going to do five hours earlier, but still hadnt gotten around to. I encouraged him to do so....and it worked. At this point I expressed my concerns with his lack of availability and failure to try this simple test nearly a week ago. He also wanted to charge us for the new piece they put in...which was completely unnecessary. There was no apology or explanation for the lack of contact, lack of presence in the shop, or lack of follow through on what he had promised to do. A check that ought to have taken roughly 15 seconds instead waited a week. I will absolutely not be going back, and would recommend others look elsewhere, at least as long as the clerk we dealt with is employed there.

Had a terrible experience here this week and would not recommend campus computer repairs to anyone looking to actually get their computer fixed. I brought my computer in because it kept crashing and the clerk told me that he believed I needed a new hard drive. Upon picking up my computer which was done many days later than I said my absolute deadline was, I saw that my keyboard was not put in correctly and sticking out. The clerk could not fix the issue and because I did not have time to wait for a new keyboard to come in I left accepting this fault. I came home to discover that my computer still has its original issue. Upon further inspection the part of the face of the computer which holds the keyboard in is chipped from the clerks forcing it in place so a new keyboard would not fix the issue. Now I am left with an even more broken computer and $200 less dollars in my account. Very disappointed with this service.

After taking my computer that refused to boot to Best Buy and being told my computer was essentially beyond repair and that in order to fix it I would have to shell out $700 and wait two weeks for it to get fixed. Not satisified with that option I called around until I got someone at Campus Computers. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and immediately explained to me what was most likely wrong with my computer and what they could do to fix it they quoted me a fraction of the price and two days later they had managed to get it up and running. I cannot express how impressed I was with the speed, cost and knowledgeable staff that work there I highly recommend this place to everybody

I brought in my laptop for a software issue and Sean was able to fix it while I waited. When I upgraded to Windows 10, my Asus Taichi 21 would no longer allow me to access the front touch screen. Sean was able to get the right drivers installed and get my functionality back. He also ran some advanced virus scans and cleaned some malware things up that Microsoft Defender didnt catch. Came in during the weekend since my computer needed a quick hardware repair but I couldnt do it myself. The guy was really helpful and was able to get it done the next day for me (on a Sunday nonetheless). This is a great place to go if you have a small problem with your computer and dont want to send it out for a couple weeks.

This place is a great find. I have never seen anyone that knowledgeable that can work that fast.The people there are great to deal with-thats always a plus and its located in the courtyard below the parking garage on the corner so we just parked and dropped it off.
