I had a 1 year old All-In-One computer (just beyond warranty of course) that began shutting off and restarting. I dropped it off to Royal Oak and they had it fixed within a few days at a very reasonable cost. While I was there, I found out that the laser toner I was buying from a "box store" was much cheaper at Royal Oak. I will be getting my ink and toners from Royal Oak Computers from now on!

Sometimes computer technicians are weird or make you feel like youre stupid for not knowing "basic" things about your equipment. This is not the case with Craig and his staff! They know their stuff, the shop is always full of new and interesting tech and best of all, I can go over there on my lunch break and STILL have time to eat afterword!
