Ive been with PJ Networks now for several years, and I cant say enough good things about its owner and his employees. When I first met PJ my computer system was in the medieval period, and now Im ahead of my competitors. I have had PJ Networks work on all of computers and laptops, install a new server system, greater enhanced cyber security, add new hardware and software, the list goes on and on. The first things I was looking for was friendly and timely responses to my problems at reasonable rates, and PJ has been the answer to my prayers. As for the bottom line, Ive greatly improved both my product and service delivery, and thats been a big player in why my income has almost doubled since PJ has worked with my office. Plus, Ive greatly improved the use of my office space and remoting-in capabilities meaning that I can now get things done much faster, with more help from my employees, all done with greater efficiency, and greatly improved products. This in turn has improved my reputation and referrals. Just a few weeks ago PJ came up with an additional "micro computer" to allow simultaneous multiple users remoting in. Even my severely adult autistic son, Jimmy, has been a beneficiary of PJ, as Jimmy loves the computer so PJ has set up a special computer and work station for Jimmy with filters to prevent internet exploitation. Finally we have a sophisticated and unique software program with PJ spent enormous effort in mastering so that he can continuing work with us on issues related to this program, as well as all of our other more standard programs Bucking the computer nerd parody, PJ is actually "people friendly" as is his entire staff and spends the time showing us what to do when we have computer problems. As far as I am concerned, the best personal and business computer support in the greater Charlottesville, VA area. Went through 4 other companies (that almost put me out of business) before we found PJ Networks. PJ Networks staff are the most competent, knowledgeable and friendly we have found over the last 6 years. By the way, the price right for all you get from the team. Our business computers are critical for our customers emergency needs around the Country, so knowing that 24/7 support is available if things go bad after 5pm or a weekend is very important. No other computer company in the area has even come close. I like them - I trust them. Period

I am a small business owner and there is no one else that I would take my networking and computer needs to, besides PJN. Prompt and personal service, highly knowledgeable engineers (its working with Phil Jaderborg that taught me the difference between a Network Engineer, and a "Computer Guy"). I work in IT consulting, and if my computer and networking apps are down, I lose money, my clients lose money... Computer and network support is the last thing that I would cut overhead on; in the Charlottesville area, that means working with PJ Networks.
