“I had water damaged my phone back in June and came here in August to have it fixed. During my first visit, the owner was very welcoming and helpful. However, I was given a faulty screen and had to come back a month later to have it fixed again. During the second visit, the owner replaced my screen, however, after he had replaced it my home button “coincidentally” stopped working and would not recognize my finger print anymore. Also, my screen brightness was not comparable to a typical Apple screen. After calling about my issues, the owner told me to come into the store so he could look at it. So, I went to the store for a third time. This time, the owner was not helpful at all. He got offended that I mentioned my home button having been broken right after my last visit. He continued to lecture me for a good 5-10 minutes about how I was an ungrateful customer and could never be pleased with the work that he did. At the end of the visit, he told me he would give me a full refund as long as he was to never see me at his store again. I am still in shock from the level of unprofessionalism and lack of composure kept in the store. Lesson learned: get insurance on your iPhones and have Apple fix it. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.”

This man is a confident and helpful person, I had taken my computer that was acting very slow and could not figure out why well I took him to Omars, he told me what he was going to do and would contact me if he needed anything else he would contact me, well I left my laptop with him and he did his works on it, a bout a few hours after that he called me and told me he figured out the problem, my hard-drive needed to be replaced and had looked up the number of the hard-drive and called Toshiba and found out that my computer was still under a warranty ( even if it only had like two days left) Well he kept all communication with me and I did not even pay what he said to me, he only charged me for the diagnostic and I ended up sending my computer off to get a new hard-drive and paid only for the shipping, this Man was very nice and I would recommend him to others I know that might need computer help. If anyone is looking for a computer repair person this man is one to trust... I know one thing, if I have any other problems in the future I am going right back to him. He was very helpful and worked with me... I am 100% happy and satisfied over this. Thank you Omars...

Working with David has by far been my best experience with any sort of technical support so far. I’ve brought my Macbook Pro to him for three different issues over the past few months, and each time he fixed the issue and completed the repair within less than 24 hours of me dropping the laptop off at his shop. Many independent tech support shops can be sketchy or overcharge clients, but David’s prices are completely reasonable and he will ensure that you understand what you are being charged for and why. Both his prices and his speed of service are considerably better than alternative options in Harrisonburg, and he will lay out all possible options for your repair so that you can choose what’s best for you. Additionally, after dropping my laptop off I received texts informing me about the status of my repair and when it was ready for pick-up. David really cares about his customers and during my visits to his shop I saw other clients receiving the same sort of helpful, positive attitude from him. I would recommend Tech Support Inc. to anyone who wishes to receive the best solution for their technology troubleshooting.

Awesome, awesome place! My phone had water damage and although it was beyond repair, Dave took the time to go through different options with me-- he was super helpful and I could tell he was giving me advice based what was best for me, not what made the most money for him. I have no skills with technology so being able to ask questions knowing that I was getting genuine, honest answers was super helpful! I went back there yesterday to get my phone screen fixed and he did an amazing job! I had already replaced my cracked phone screen at another iPhone repair store and the screen became defective-- touch screen was not working at all! So I went to Tech Support instead to get it replaced and my phone was fixed roughly 30-45 min and the screen I got is such great quality! They also have a warranty so that if my screen goes berserk, I can have them replace it again (unlike the previous place I original got my screen fixed). It really helped that he was able to fix it on the spot since I heavily rely on my phone. Definitely recommend-- super helpful, reliable and the cheapest option I found in Harrisonburg.

I would never ever go to this place again. Went to get a phone fixed and he did it the first time at a reasonable price. The first time he even messed it up and refixed it. I was in there for an hour and a half and they said it would take 20 minutes. Told me that if i came in up to a month after that he would fix it free of charge. They never explained anything about drops and water damage the first time I came in. Went in this week and he would not fix it and had no respect for me as the customer and would not listen to a single thing I said. Not worth spending money for even if its a cheaper price. Employees are rude to you and will not live up to their promises. Owner basically yelled at me and told me I was acting like a 2 year old because I wanted him to fix my phone after he messed it up the first time. Would go to any other place. They were rude and the worst place I have ever been to. I have never felt more mistreated by a company who wont listen to me and continues to yell at me. My hatred for this place is through the roof.

After looking around several hours trying to fix my phone. Calling technician they said it would cost me $200 dollars and I cannot afford in this economy so I looked up online I saw a lot of other company I try to call them no one answer like Allways They Never Answer. Thanks God David Omar Answer The Phone He was very kind and friendly and actually Told Me That They Were Closed I explained how I was urgent and I needed it that day it was 8:30pm. He told me to come in and he took a look at it and explain everything step-by-step to me all the time he only charged me $20.. Fix my phone in less then Six minute. I just cannot believe how fast easy friendly helpful he was to me. who does that in six minutes and only charged me $20. I highly recommend it trust me if I love it you guys will love it Too!!!!

I had problems getting my custom-built computer to post. I had tried troubleshooting as much as I could and the problem still eluded me. I took it to David at Tech Support inc in Harrisonburg after a quick Google search and saw that it was highly rated. Right away, I knew that David was an experienced professional with great customer service; and I had come to the right place. I dropped my computer off, and told him what I thought might be wrong with it. Within two hours, David called me back saying my computer was running was posting. He even did some additional diagnostics to gauge whether or not my custom-build was stable. I will be referring everybody that comes to me with a computer/phone/tablet issue directly to David. 10/10 one of the best, nicest technicians in the area.
