I hate to be the negative Betty but I probably would never go here again many red flags! Dont get me wrong, my phone was horrible when I went in and it was fixed on a 30 min lunch break. BUT, I went in with a white iPhone came out with a black one. My phone was so bad I thought maybe I was going crazy, I even asked the guy who fixed it " wasnt my phone white before? " he said no. Lie!! I called tmobile and asked them for my original phone purchase receipt and of course it was white. Second thing, my phone was super sensitive to touch . I can not hold it to my ear now without pressing buttons or continuously muting the phone. Never was my phone THAT sensitive. Later I figured out thats because the screen was not all the way in the phone. And the worst part about wasting my 137$ the freaking phone CRACKED while I was holding it in my hand!!!! And of course from that crack came hundreds more. .

These guys are good! All of my emails had disappeared. I initially contacted the Geek Squad at Best Buy. They tried to diagnose the problem remotely. Cost was $99.99. They were unable to resolve the issue and wanted to send me to their lost data department. Cost for that was $150. I declined the service. I took my computer to Computer Doctor. Aaron quickly identified the problem as a Microsoft Outlook problem. He indicated they normally did not work on Outlook issues but stated he would run a quick diagnostic test to determine if the problem was something he could resolve. He ran the test, identified the problem and restored all of my emails. For free! They just got a new customer.

Great experience with laptop repair at Computer Doctor! Im not a techie, needed a hopefully prompt and fair assessment and repair. The business is new to Raleigh, I found out about it on the Internet and reviews and location were good. Now I wouldnt want to bring my computers anywhere else. Aaron was great to talk with, explained what he thought issues might be and took care of the repair promptly and made what I thought would be an ordeal into an easy errand. I saw noticeable improvement immediately. Feel the work ethic, communication and knowledgeable staff are going to be a great addition here. Id highly recommend.

They stole my sticker! They removed the bumper sticker that I had applied to the outside of my laptop. It was only a couple bucks but it had sentimental value to me and I can never get it back. I dont understand why they would do this and not even tell me! Also I didnt like this place because they had my computer for a week and never called to tell me it was ready. They had told me it would be only 24 hours. After a week, I called and found it had been just sitting there waiting but nobody had called me to pick it up! Overall they fixed the computer but I would never go back here again after these issues.

My go-to spot for computer repairs! I took my laptop here after spilling lemonade and Lucas was able to recover ALL of my data. This is my second time coming here and each time the customer service has been phenomenal. They also replaced my shattered phone screen twice with no problems. If you are in the Tallahassee area and need an electronic fixed, Computer Repair Doctor is the place to go to (and ask for Lucas). They always make sure youre satisfied and your problem is fixed.

Normally I would try to fix my computer myself but I had no luck and couldnt figure out what to do. Hesitantly, I brought it in to this shop but was met with great customer service and an impressively fast repair. By far one of the easiest things and best experiences Ive encountered with any form of repair shop. It was good enough to make me actually come on here and review it, which actually says a great deal (all good things) about this place.

Very happy with the service and replacement battery for my iPhone. I was told it would take a certain amount of time bc the battery was glued in and they needed to warm it up to get it out without damaging the phone. While there I also saw them give back a computer after the free diagnosis and suggest they not repair the broken USB port bc it wouldnt be worth it. Im glad I didnt cheap out and try to DIY my battery.

These guys are really great. This was the first time I have ever had to take any computer in for service - normally I can accommodate most upgrades and minor repairs, but this latest challenge I had with the bios, boot sequence and install of win 10 had me stumped....these guys totally set the machine up with a fresh install and a replacement ssd and it runs better than it did new....Highly recommend.

I had the glass and LCD of an iPhone 6 plus replaced. I was able to use a Groupon discount and was finished in less then an hour. The staff was very professional and courteous! It was the easiest and best experience I could of asked for... GPS made it a tad hard to find but I called the number and was in the correct shopping center and they directed me there! Thanks computer repair doctor!

HP Pavilion laptop fan was making noise, so it was replaced by Computer Repair Doctor. New fan completely stopped working 9 months after repair, so the laptop is now worse than it was when I brought it in. Either replacement fan or workmanship was bad, but Computer Repair Doctor wont stand behind either; would only offer "returning customer discount". Nice techs, but wont be back.

Phenomenal and fast job done on my computer LCD screen and my cracked iphone face. It was cheap and Aaron Schoeffler (the one who did it all) was very awesome and helpful. He had to do extra work on my phone and didnt charge me at all! Me and my boyfriend sat in there while he fixed everything real fast. I highly recommend him and Computer Repair doctor if you need something fixed.

Raleigh, NC....Your employee Luis was amazing. I walked in at opening today with my laptop. The problem was with my on/off button. He took the time and fixed it while I waited. This outfit is ethical, competent, and trustworthy. My laptop screen was flickering. It took Nathan about 10 minutes to diagnose and repair the laptop while I was waiting. Jokingly, I called Nathan: " Dr. Nathan". The rates are reasonable and the repair is warrantied for 90 days. I am glad that I considered the Computer Repair Doctor, before considering other options.

I was very pleased with the service we received at Computer Repair Doctor. My fathers iPad had a problem with several characters on the screen. It was repaired promptly, for the price we were given. Essentially the service was just what I would have hoped. ..and although its not critical, the coffee and waiting room made the whole process pleasant.
