Finally, a computer repair place where I didnt feel talked down to and the employees didnt treat me like "just another customer". I have been to most of the big box stores and used their computer repair services, but was rarely satisfied with 1) the time it took to get my computer back and 2) how much the repair cost once it was finished. The guys at Xpert Computers had my computer fixed the same day I dropped it off and had it done for much less than I had expected. They even got an issue with my email account straightened out that had been bugging me for ages. It has been a week or so since I got my computer back and it is still running like new and I couldnt recommend these guys enough. Thanks!

Having recently moved from N.Y. to N.C. I was so lucky to choose Xpert computer Service and repair when my hard drive crashed. Jonathan and Colton took my husband and myself under their wing and fixed us right up in less than the 24 hours they advertise as a favor to us. We were so pleased with their way of making you feel very important. Next I brought them my lap top that was so full of viruses, I couldnt use it. That was fixed in one day and discounted as they just did a job for us. They are very, very knowledgeable people. I highly recommend Xpert Computer Service and Repair.

It is the first time we have ever been called with an analysis of our broken PC on the very same day we brought it in. Im glad to finally see a reputable computer repair store here in Wake Forest! I took my iPhone 4s into have the screen replaced , because my kid dropped down it the stairs, Jonathan and Kolton were very nice and informative about the repair. They also had My iPhone repaired within the hour AND the price was very reasonable.(80$) I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a professional , personable and reliable computer repair company that doesnt charge a small fortune for a service.

In my experience, its hard to find a company to help you with your computer repair needs that doesnt try their hardest to make you feel like a complete idiot. Spoke with Kolton at the Wake Forest location and he was so professional and polite! He had even fixed my computer within an hour of me dropping it off. Great overall customer service and no crazy diagnostic fees. In times past, Ive paid $200 just as a diagnostic fee and only had to pay $35 with Xpert. So happy to have my computer back in a timely fashion as I use it all day every day for work.
