I had the pleasure of meeting Jeremy on Monday when my LCD screen went out on my phone. I actually ended up at this location by default because I was attempting to find a Sprint store that was previously housed there but they shut down. As soon as I went in without even touching the phone he let me know what the problem was, which I already knew. He also quoted a price immediately and told me how I should approach Samsung because I told him that I had the same issue with the screen less than 12 months ago. When I called Samsung they told me I was out of warranty. What impressed me the most was the amount of empathy and compassion he had for me because at this time I was distraught. I later bought another phone from Offer Up to serve as my loaner phone because with the advice Jeremy armed me with I was able to get Samsung to agree to fix my phone. When I met the guy who sold me my now "back up" phone we began to talk about the issues I experienced. I told him about Jeremy who helped me so much. Would you believe that the guy I bought the phone from said he had many experiences with Jeremy and equally spoke as high about him as I did!!! This shows what a great person Jeremy is and although I hope not to have any more phone issues. In the event that I do, I will not take my phone to anyone except Jeremy at CPR Midtown!!!

I brought in my cellphone to CPR because of water damage. The touch-screen features were not working properly. The associate Jeremy was very courteous and kept me informed during the whole process. He did an initial assessment which included drying out the phone, and determined that I would need a new screen. I paid half the price of the screen before he ordered it. He returned the phone to me while I waited for the part to come in. That night, my phone competed stopped functioning. I informed Jeremy and he suggested I bring the phone back in so they could try to revive it. He kept it for several days and no matter what he tried, he was unable to get it to work again. I would assume the water damage had taken its full toll. The reason I am giving CPR a 5-star review is because I was always treated in a professional and courteous manner. Also, CPR gave me a full refund for the original $60 I paid for the new screen (which was never installed). Their policy is that if they cannot repair your water-damaged phone, you will not be charged. They stuck to their policy, which was greatly appreciated!

I had a very good experience with this company. The owner Jeff and the lead tech, Jeremy were both top notch. I find myself often times frustrated these days with the lack of quality that products have and the lack of customer service that so many companies exhibit. This place is different. They are doing things the way they used to be done. High quality, honest, dependable and efficient work at a fair price. I would recommend this store for not only cracked iPhones but for any other computer/tech issues you may be having. If you live somewhere that might not be convenient, it is worth the drive. Who would think that a cracked cell phone screen this morning would end up being the catalyst to me having such a pleasant and positive day. Thanks Jeff and Jeremy!

My phone malfunction at the worst time possible. In the middle of packing and relocating to another country I had no way to get in touch with clients for business. I was at the point of should I send my phone in and wait for another one to arrive or just buy another one. Something told me to try CPR to see if they can save my mobile life just like the slogan said. I met CPR technician Jeremy. I told him exactly what was going on with my phone. Idk what he did exactly but whatever it was it rebooted my whole system and my phone was working like brand new. It took everything in me to not cry. My phone is my business which is extremely important in my life. I held back the tears but gave him a huge hug. Thank you so much Jeremy!!! You guys are AMAZINGBALLS!!!!!

CPR is a very fitting name for this group competent repair specialists: they really care ! And yes, they demonstrated integrity. Their motive is to listen to and act on the needs of their customers. Let me single out Jeremy who guided me through the laptop purchasing process when he declared that my older unit was inoperable. Based on my user habits, he gave me a range of affordable options, and retailers to buy from. He warned me of the pitfalls when shopping a retailer so that I dont get trapped in a funnel of useless payment options. After purchasing a laptop, Jeremy walked me through step by step the set up and how to operate the unit. Together we navigated through much more: otherwise I might have blindly fell into another trap.

I came into this CPR about a month and a half ago because I had left my phone in a cab in Washington, DC and needed a new phone because I was heading to NYC the next day. I was in desperate need of a smart phone so I could get around NYC. Jeff, the owner, helped me so much. I said I needed an iPhone and all he had was a 700 dollar iPhone that I couldnt afford. I could tell he felt bad for me and asked one of his techs if they had an extra iPhone. One of them had a 5c and Jeff sold it to me for $150. He also told me if my phone company didnt activate it I could bring it back for a full refund. He was so helpful and so nice and I will definitely go back again when I can afford an upgrade! :)

Let me start off by saying the owner, Jeff, was amazing! While I was waiting, he talked with me about everything I needed for my phone so that I wouldnt end up cracking the screen again. He even order a case in the color I wanted for me. This guy really understands the concept of customer service. Before coming into the store I called and talked to someone named Jeremy and he was so helpful and so nice it instantly made me want to go here. The other guy working there, Jake, was also great. Im telling you if you need something repaired you need to go here. Also check out the cases and screen protectors, they will put it on for you! Seriously, these guys deserve way more than 5 stars!

I didnt even make a purchase or an order. I asked for a quote for a phone repair and sent a picture of what the damaged looked like. The owner Jeff went out of his way to contact me via imessage and which was the only way i could manage to communicate and he helped me with wonderful advice when I had made it clear I was unsure and still price shopping. Jeff has great customer service and made a wonderful impression with sincerity. He told me he could price-match and discussed the benefits of CPRs repairs in addition to giving good knowledge in the event I decided to try and fix the phone myself. I can definitely see myself coming here for a refurbished phone or future repair.
